I finally saw the picture of Billie at that Mushroomhead concert- oh my,, yeah, she looks to be having a really good time- and all I could imagine is billie in her interview saying how she is missing out on taking Hailey to concerts- If these are the concerts she is talking about taking her baby girl too, I cannot finish this statement- but I will say Hailey deserved so much more then what she had.

What I hated about that photo was she had that photo of her profile photo and to me it was totally inappropriate. We dont know what happened to Hailey but with all the furore over the slasher video to be photographed like that with a guy in a mask whose supposedly covered in blood was just insanely stupid and she looked so happy it was unbelieveable. Then we hear in the media what a hard time she is having. They simply have no idea :furious:

and I wanted to touch on the subject of what the PI stated, how Billie was prostituted out in her teenage years? And billie also stated she watched her father be brutally murdered? where did these things happen? In Snyder? I have lived here forever and never heard these things, investigation time,, could ya'll please help me find these answers?

The thing about her being prostituted out is something PH has claimed over and over. Billie says thats not true. Also one of her aunts who helped to raise her said that its not true that Billie saw her dad being murdered so I think Mac is going by what Ph has told him. I have nothing against PH but dont like the way he has worked at times during this case and i think hes a bit of a fantasist.

I agree, I think a young girl like Hailey would have been completely grossed out by that. And if Hailey was as outspoken as everyone has said ... Billie has long denied that an argument happened that night, but she's lied about many things. What Connie said about Shawn lurking outside Hailey's bedroom has always bugged me.

Small clarification. The Xbox was not in the living room, it was in DD's room. See below.

Quick thought, If Hailey saw something on the Xbox it would only stand to reason that DD might have seen some things too and LE has the Xbox...hmmm

I will ask my son about the xbox stuff when he comes over today. But I do know that the Xbox Kinect takes pictures of you while you play the game and stores them.

Really??? I don't think I want a box taking pictures of me at random times, believe it or not I don't always appear picture worthy 24/7. What a weird box but on the other hand, if it helps to solve the mystery on what has happened to Hailey then I will sing the praises of Xbox until eternity.:rocker:

Another question about this. Do you have to be activating a game for it to take the photo? What I mean is if the XBOX was switched on and say people were having an argument in the background would it be possible to take a snapshot or not?

I also thought about something else today. I don't have a link handy, but do ya'll remember the search warrant executed on Billie's car? Wouldn't it be something if the area around the lake has something unique in the soil which was also found in the contents vacuumed from the trunk or car interior?

So glad to see some possible movement in Hailey's case. So many people haven't forgotten about this angel even though it appears that her mother at times would like us too.

To the best of my knowledge only the kinnect adapter to the Xbox 360 has this video/picture taking capability. I understand that DD may have gotten this system for Christmas that year. I do not think there is any picture/video capability on the old system or on the 360 system alone without kinnect.

What is possible however, IMO, is that a memory card or DVD can be viewed, played and possibly stored on the old system. A memory card likely for sure. Considering SA's fondness for memory cards, this could be what happened if there is a video on the old Xbox. For all we know a memory card could have been left in it by accident as well.

Those darn coveralls!! We discussed them AD NAUSEAM more than a few times. Billie stated early on that she washed the coveralls Sunday night, then Shawn took them to work with him Monday morning and turned them in.

Interesting that LE even asked about them, what do you think prompted them to even think of his work coveralls? Dismemberment?

On Peter's show, Mac claimed one of Adkins' coworkers said Shawn pulled in, left the car running when he went inside wearing the coveralls, then came out without them. The conclusion was that he left the car running so a passenger would be warm while waiting for him to return. At LEAST it means he left the car knowing he would not be inside long, i.e. was not going to work. While the coworker did not mention that Shawn came out with a soda, that doesn't mean he didn't.

Anyone here have an xbox and know what it can do?

The XBOX Kinect (current style at time of disappearance) can go online if you have an internet connection, but it also has a video camera, and you can actually act out your movements instead of using a typical controller. You can replay the video to see yourself playing, but this is generally in reference to a videogame. I would not have thought to use it to record , and storing it on the XBOX hard drive...

:what: Oh my! :what: I've never heard that before. Not saying it's not true or I don't believe you Texasmom, just pretty shocked to hear that. Do you have a link to this information? I would be interested in reading it. Wow a PI leaked this info... scary stuff. Who was the PI and who was he working for? TIA.

It wasnt Mac who leaked that it was Peter Hyatt. Mac Sanford was hired to search for Hailey towards the end of last year and quit around a month later. He was working for Hailey you might say.
