Anyone here have an xbox and know what it can do?

Both of my teens have their own xboxes. Im not sure of all they can do, but for sure everything that the other poster posted. As well, you can watch dvds on them and some of them have quite large hard drives so that you can store music and likely photos and videos as well. There are updates, game trials etc that can be downloaded. HTH, Im sure theres more they can do.

I've been lurking and just wanted to come out to share what I know about the Xbox. Yes you can take pictures and video chat with it if you have the kinect hooked up. We got our kinect in the beginning of 2012 and I believe it had been around for over a year. It also can be used as a "nanny" cam so that makes me wonder if they brought home the 3rd person and recorded it w/o her knowledge. Also to answer the question about taking random pics, no it doesn't do that unless your playing a kinect game. Unfortunately its not likely it recorded anything that will show what happened to hailey.

On Peter's show, Mac claimed one of Adkins' coworkers said Shawn pulled in, left the car running when he went inside wearing the coveralls, then came out without them. The conclusion was that he left the car running so a passenger would be warm while waiting for him to return. At LEAST it means he left the car knowing he would not be inside long, i.e. was not going to work. While the coworker did not mention that Shawn came out with a soda, that doesn't mean he didn't.

Or he knew he was not staying longer than needed to return what didnt belong to him, and left it running to keep it warm for him self when he returned? I don't see why there would need to be a passenger.

Sounds very possible SO. And mix in the comment BD made about how "everyone got what they wanted for Christmas". An argument could have ensued over DD getting a new xbox and HD got a TV. Could HD tried to have claimed the old xbox with the on it and seen the or BD and/or SA got into a physical confrontation with the xbox, BD and SA knowing very well what was on it? That statement made by BD really sticks out with me. I think someone was really upset because she didn't get what she asked for which led to her death somehow. Also if there was child on the xbox and HD saw it, she very well could've know it was morally wrong and threatened to tell someone on BD and SA. Knowing child can carry a pretty hefty charge; instead of getting rid of the xbox, they decided to get rid of HD? Just pondering...

Whatever the scenario was, I hope the truth comes out real soon and those responsible for whatever happened to Hailey face the harshest punishment possible.

It would be simpler just to get rid of the Xbox, there would be no reason to kill her. And if they did record the two of themselves going at it, and HD saw it, that is embarrassing but it is hardly a motive to kill her.

And in any case, LE have all the electronic items and media recovered from the house, and no child was found on any of the devices. Whatever was or was not on the X-box was not incriminating and did not contradict the accounts of that day by SA and/or BD. If it did, LE it would have been using that information as probable cause to obtain search warrants, and no such thing has happened.

and yet the PI who has spent more time with Billie than any of us differs with your opinion. Shawn doesnt seem to understand the boundaries when it comes to sex/ that kind of thing.

LE did obtain a search warrant to search the house and outside of it.

I have never heard the term "jeweled up her face more." But it cracked me up, as I was watching the video and said to myself, "Did she get her cheekbone pierced?!"

I know I suppose there's nothing wrong with it at all, the face jewels, the bleach blonde hair, the aeropostale clothes. Isn't that what Hailey wore? Aeropstale? Which I think is marketed towards teens and young adults? Of course there's no law saying an adult can't wear that stuff, but I wonder if BD perhaps was jealous of Hailey for being so young and pretty. Almost seems like BD is trying to be young and "hip"? I don't know, just a thought. I have always from the beginning thought BD knew more than she was saying, but I have no proof, so I could be totally wrong.

Remember when it was first announced that Mac would be investigating Hailey's case? He was so enthusiastic, so was Billie (in an inappropriate way of course). Sure didn't last long, and I wonder what his opinion is now as to what happened to Hailey.

I am bringing both of these posts over here that are from the decomposed body thread. Aqua's post was a response to me when I said I didn't understand what lonetraveler meant bc I did not notice it until it was pointed out. I don't know if this has ever been pointed out before but this poster could be dead on with the motive cause I totally am seeing what she does. I never noticed this back when this case first came about and I followed it closely. I found a clearer video of the footage as well. Things that make you go hmm...anyone else notice the way Haley's stomach is looking this video?

The video released from Hailey's school has bothered me ever since I first viewed it. It made me wonder if Hailey had been molested by SA and it was about to be revealed. He may have murdered and disposed of her body to prevent this "secret" from being revealed. This video is not the clearest one I've seen but today it was the only copy I could quickly find. The 20 second point is where I first thought about what might have been SA motive in making Hailey disappear.

The majority of folks that plan on quitting their job, don't don't drive 25 miles at 5:30am in the morning, 2 days after Christmas, to return coveralls. The guy didn't even quit, he looked at his boss and just left. No confrontation, no argument, no take this job and shove it, nothing.

SA had no intentions of working that day at all because if you are going into work one doesn't leave their car running in the parking lot. SA stated he got into an argument with his boss and then quit, but that can't be true if he left the car running in the parking lot. SA had to know he was only going to be in there for a very short amount of time, so he left the car running. I think there was another person in the car.

Now with BD questioning publicly about the other pair of coveralls....Something is up with the coveralls.

Billie posted on a facebook page last night that obviously the lake that obviously the lake needs draining. Maybe it should be? Sounds like an other opportunity to take to drop him into it?

It could simply be the way her jacket was zipped but one thing to consider is IF she was what your trying to say it doesnt necessarily mean that Shawn was involved with that part of it.

My theory, at this point and time, is, they both are involved and after all this time, resources in involved and all the heartache suffered by other family members and the public, both should get the maximum punishment possible. It may not be in a court of law but I do believe in Karma, fate, whatever one wants to call it, but you do reap what you sow. These two have sown tragedy, horror, lies and sorrow. This is what they will reap, sooner or later. JMO.

My take is Billie knows a story about the coveralls and wants them found because it will have evidence linking SA and take the heat off her. She is setting him up to totally take the fall jmo she is just as involved. The more she talks the more I believe these remains are Hailey.
What amazes me is all this stuff was out there at the beginning when she refused to quit bedding the only POI and even ended up in jail trying to hide him. Suddenly she sees the light? Dont buy it at all.

You mentioned family members. My hope is that if this is Hailey and Billie and Shawn are arrested that the family put Justice for Hailey above protecting Billie.
