IMHO even if the theory doesn't fly, :waitasec: although it ties a lot of things together --- you should be a true crime writer. :blushing:

lol. I am a writer but nothing related to crime writing. Judging by the amount of time it took me to develop just that one post I think I will pass...lol. I am sure the reading public would appreciate a new novel more frequently than every ten years or so....lmbo.

Here's another thing I've been wondering about, and this is probably OT & belongs in another thread, but it follows along somewhat with elle's theory that we have been discussing.

This is: What will happen when Misty's RO against Tommy is lifted and she reconciles with and moves in with her family? IMO, there is bound to be some aftermath of the RO and the reasons for it, the fight between Ron & Misty and the Croslins, and the Ratgate followup. All may be forgiven on the surface, but there may be repercussions.

Will Lisa and/or Hank Sr take sides if there is still lingering dissention between Misty and Tommy? Whose side will they take and will they hear things from Misty or Tommy that relate to Haleigh? If so, will they encourage one or the other to talk to LE? Or, will they spill the beans themselves, on purpose or accidentally? What will Lindsy do if she hears that Tommy did something that might upset her? Will they all gang up on Cuz Joe to defend Tommy and/or Misty? Or will they all close ranks and present a united front?

Any guesses?

That's the beauty of all of this, folks may not cooperate with LE but there are still family dynamics and conflicts and this will unravel over time. That puts more pressure on the perps than LE ever could.

While the family may unite together to mislead and not cooperate fully with LE, can they stay loyal and unite together through disagreements and fights?

They say that a large percentage of crimes are solved by dumb criminals talking or falling out -- there is still hope that the truth will find its way.

the following theory in the missing child case of Haleigh Cummings. Of course all thoughts are based on my personal opinions and deductions in the case and should not be mistaken for fact. While I have developed a theory based on as many facts as possible, there are multiple theories that might fit or various perpetrators that given the exact circumstances might be interchanged. For my theory, I will be exploring an abduction between the hours of 8 pm and 3 30 am with the perpetrator of the abduction being Cousin Joe who was visiting from Tennessee the week Haleigh went missing with possible help from Hank Croslin jr.

As you can tell I have left out the ugly part in my theory. To sum up and tie it together THIS THEORY I will say that Haleigh was taken from the MH that night with perhaps the intention of only an attempt to buy Cousin Joe and Hankjr the time to develop a story that would explain to Haleigh why they were in her fathers home, At this point Haleigh is scared and completely aware that something bad is happening to her, she was scared and perhaps even screaming now. It became necessary to silence Haleigh and that is what they did. Whether they placed a hand over her mouth or what method they used, with Haleigh’s Turner Syndrome I believe her breathing was labored, possibly more than a child without asthma or a breathing disorder, and Haleigh was killed. I go back and forth on the exact circumstances of disposal with this theory. ~SNIP~

If Haleigh woke up and discovered Misty gone and Uncle Tommy and Cuz Joe rifling through the kitchen cabinets, could she have gotten so upset she said that she'd tell Daddy and started having an asthma attack? If so, this could explain not only why they grabbed Haleigh, but also perhaps why they also took the nebulizer. Or perhaps they tried using the nebulizer to calm down Haleigh's attack and they were unsuccessful, but realized that their fingerprints would be all over it.

It is possible that, once in the van, Haleigh's attack got worse in the cold damp night. A severe asthma attack is life-threatening and can lead to respiratory arrest and death.

I noticed in a prior post of Melvin (?) being 85 yrs old!!..This Marvin (?) guy is aging fast. I first clocked him at about 65 yrs. young...where has the time gone?

....We do not know anything about this man Marvin....yet! We do not know what the circumstances were with the Croslins and him, though I would like to know. He lived out there near Hoot Owl Ridge, correct?

....Would like to tie in when the Croslins moved from there and WHEN they moved in with Tommy. Rather relevant, I would think.

If Ron is involved, he will never talk. So far he hasn't. He has lent NOTHING to this investigation.

As we can observe with other parents of missing and murdered children, there is an entirely different style to their concern. First of all, they don't have attorneys and they are willing to tell everything they know. First clue that RC is involved in this mess is the wedding, second is the attorneys.

......Apparently LE has no evidence. They need Misty to talk since she is more inclined. They will never get any info from the Cummings clan...IMO. There is enough money out there if anyone else knew anything. The only people who know what happened are involved in the cover-up.

....Tell RC to drop his Attorney...and talk to LE..wanna bet that is NEVER gonna happen.

As a reminder I thought I would post a copy of the police report that Mr. Marvin Martin filed in regards to the gun theft committed by Hankjr.
