I can not get around that this family is such a small unit in comparison to the other families involved. They would not know the area to proficiantly hide a child that would not of been discovered by now IMO. The fact that Tommy (hank JR) was at the trailer that early evening would of placed him (logically) in the suspect pool all along and the run ins with Ron and Misty recently would of played out alot differently IMO if Ron even suspected Tommy did something to HaLeigh.
ETA There is only one person I think Ron would patiently wait for police to catch and arrest and it sure is not a Croslin IMO.

Thank you for that information. When I mention gun incident, in the beginning it's been mentioned that there's claims Hank the brother stole Ron's gun, that a gun was found in a ditch?
That was cousin Joe that was accussed of stealing the gun.:blowkiss:

Here is the statute for Tommy's arrest if anyone cares to read it:

http://www.leg.state.fl.us/statutes...e&Search_String=812.014&URL=CH0812/Sec014.HTM

hopefully we'll be getting a police report. I would like to know if this is in anyway has anything to do with Haleighs case. Has he had any other arrest records? I'm starting to think Ron is the only person that ever has stood up to this guy. Seems his ma and pa doesn't have a problem driving him around to confront people on their own property.

My theory, just a theory, I think he went over there to try and force Misty to go with them. I think he's been forcing Misty for a long time now and he ain't got that family control.

hehehehe thanks again, I'm learning. I'm going to come to you and TM in private and ask all my questions so I don't make a pompous out of myself. :) Glad I wasn't accusing, just asking.
Something about this Hank has always made me leery, just a gut feeling by the little information we have had. I hope he's got nothing to do with Haleigh missing.

It just keeps getting better....thinks LE has more of an interest in him than they let on---should be interesting!

banging PCSO office phones like Ringo beatin' on his drums. Looks like an accessory to a much larger crime--stay tuned!

LOL...you weren't accusing, just asking, so don't worry about it! You may have become confused by the fact that I believe Tommy recently talked about the fact he was scared of Ron because he alleges Ron keeps firearms....which imo, is inconsistent with his trespassing on the property. I believe that if he was truly scared of Ron and thought Ron had a firearm(s), there is no way he would have trespassed on the property that night.

You do not know that he was uninvited. You only have the word of people proven to lie. I do not have all the answers Miss bunny. I pray that Hank tells all he knows. I do know that it is not logical or rational to assume that Rc would lie to protect Hank and Misty with no culpability of his own.

I have to agree with you on that. I concede there is a chance Misty invited him, though given the fact the court gave Misty a restraining order against him, I don't think it's very likely.

I personally doubt any of the players are lying to protect anyone else, though one or some may be lying to protect themselves.

I would hope for the sake of Haleigh, Hank has already told LE everything he knows. I also hope LE has thoroughly questioned him before now and did so in the very early stages of this investigation.

Another thought why would LE believe HaLeigh was and still could be alive if Tommy or any of the Croslins took her? Where would they of hid her and kept her safe?

Thank you for that update and great sleuthing! I take what TJHart says with a grain of salt irrespective of what player he is talking about but I'm certainly "staying tuned" to see if he's got it right!

No problem Kool Look and it doesn't make a pompous out of you whatsoever -if that's (ALL) what it takes to qualify as pompous than that would make me well over-qualified. It's easy enough to get confused with all the players in this case. *If Hank has anything to do with HaLeigh's disappearance or knows anything I hope LE can get it out of him - whatever leads to HaLeigh is where we go. This, at the very least, provides a little something for LE to use as leverage; If Hank talks = LE reduces any times he's facing from his current charges... JMO -

I agree. This subject is and always has been a stickler for me. No one has any business on anothers property if told not to be. If the visitor sees a confrontation piliferating, whether their in the right or wrong, they should leave immediately. For their the ones on that persons rightful property and a person has a right to be wrong at their castle. I dont' believe Hank is afraid of anyone but maybe Ron, now. Not being in his life, family environment, but I'm having a feeling Hank has run shod over his whole family. I mean, at the court house steps, Lisa is speaking of Misty instead of to Misty, I find that displaced and inappropriate. She's a mother with two children at odds. She should be the peacemaker, peacekeeper amongst her children. Yet that's hard to do when you are messed up on drugs when your kids are young and growing up. A little late to correct learned bad behaviors in late teens early adult hood. They've already positioned and modeled their roles within the family unit.

My bold...

I am totally on the fence with this situation, but I agree that everyone is covering their own arses. Can't see any one of them protecting anyone else. (X-cept covering for RC, of course).

Could it be, that when LE says Misty holds the key, Misty has more information, that LE has known all along Hank is involved, or the perp and they needed Misty's testimony to corroborate as evidence, because they had nothing, zilch other than scant clues? We are now seeing Misty is scared of Hank. So much she wanted a restraining order and she didn't withdraw or lose her will to push forward even though it has caused family alienation? This is getting interesting again. :woohoo:

I have a STRONG feeling that there is way more to this story than a "gun" and a third degree felony larceny theft.

The standard bail for it, is 5000 not 50000. Throwing in a stolen gun would not make the bail jump that high.

Tommy better start singing, whatever it is....

I am wondering if it has to do with the truck he sold. If LE took it from the gentleman he sold it to, and it was still in Lisa's name, could the guy press charges for the money he paid for it? ($500) Or would that be a civil case?
Good thinking! It will be interesting to see if this is the case. It was reported (I think by Sky 973) that LE was going to process the red truck, so they would have taken it from the buyer. I don't know if they still have it or if they found anything of interest in or on it. But, it would have been clear if the ownership transfer wasn't done, so possibly the buyer pressed charges.

Now we will have to wait and see what happens next. Since the bond was set so high, it implies to me that LE wants to hold Tommy as long as possible. Sounds like they want to put pressure on him and to talk to him more about issues related to Haligh and don't want him to take off to MA. Let's hope that this is the start of some significant activity on this case that leads to Haleigh being found!
