Good thinking! It will be interesting to see if this is the case. It was reported (I think by Sky 973) that LE was going to process the red truck, so they would have taken it from the buyer. I don't know if they still have it or if they found anything of interest in or on it. But, it would have been clear if the ownership transfer wasn't done, so possibly the buyer pressed charges.
Now we will have to wait and see what happens next. Since the bond was set so high, it implies to me that LE wants to hold Tommy as long as possible. It could be that they want to put pressure on him and/or to talk to him more about issues related to Haligh and don't want him to take off to MA. Let's hope that this is the start of some significant activity on this case that will lead to resolution and to Haleigh being found!
This may be what we were all looking for..someone to break this case wide open and I hope it will be Tommy that will start talking.
Why do I keep reading about a trespassing incident and Tommy committed this unlawful act? This is minimizing the real charge of battery/assault/burglary against RC? It is being consistently stated that Tommy trespassed. This is not the case! As I stated before I don't recall seeing any "No Trespassing Signs", and furthermore, there was no such charge except in the minds of a few.
Well we know who to sick on Ron if he ever is.Well, I do not think RC has been charged yet, has he.

LOL...you weren't accusing, just asking, so don't worry about it! You may have become confused by the fact that I believe Tommy recently talked about the fact he was scared of Ron because he alleges Ron keeps firearms....which imo, is inconsistent with his trespassing on the property. I believe that if he was truly scared of Ron and thought Ron had a firearm(s), there is no way he would have trespassed on the property that night.
I have a STRONG feeling that there is way more to this story than a "gun" and a third degree felony larceny theft.
The standard bail for it, is 5000 not 50000. Throwing in a stolen gun would not make the bail jump that high.
Tommy better start singing, whatever it is....
There was no arrest for trespassing. RC was arrested for assault/battery and burglary. Regarding Charges and will he ever get charged. If we go by all the past 12 arrests, I would say, he is unlikely to go to jail. For some reason the police just don't understand him.
Could this be it? Could it be what we have been waiting for? Could it be the answer to the questions? Someone tell me! Tell me! Tell meeee!
Could they be using this time to (ugh) notify people? Ugh I don't feel so good all of a sudden.
I don't think Tommy denies being on the property, quite the opposite. He's just complaining because the residents of the property forced him to leave, as it was their right to do. The law will determine whether or not RC is guilty of what he's been charged with, and I personally doubt he'll be convicted as the law allows people to use force against people unlawfully on their properties.
I've already pointed out to you that a "no trespassing" sign is irrelevant...private property is private property and you are not allowed to trespass on it. Are you seriously suggesting you can lawfully enter any person's private property that does not have a no trespassing sign on it? If I were you, I wouldn't try it.
eta...I note the "law" has granted Misty a PRO against Tommy.
