Misty was in danger???? Aren't you one of the ones who believes she is the key to Haleigh's disappearance? I would have thought it was Jr. in danger if Misty was responsible for Haleigh's disappearance???? Hmmmm.

Yes, I am one of those ones, and I definitely believe lil Junior is in danger.

IMO Misty was in great danger that day/night she called her parents. I believe Ron was abusing her in some way. JMO, but Ron is a very abusive individual.

Hank Jr. was most likely aware of Ron's temper, yet he knew his sister was in trouble and was trying to help her.

RC has zero incidents on record for domestic violence however Tommy has several.

Because the PRO was granted due to an assault claim (not even a charge against her brother), which went uncontested. He just said "let her have it." There is no proof. The judge gave it to her by default.

There is no link between an alleged assault of Misty to any trespassing charges.

THERE ARE NO TRESPASSING CHARGES. NEVER WERE, NEVER WILL BE.

carry on.

That's what I thought (and why I asked ;) but good to know. :-)

If I thought it was a dangerous situation, I sure wouldn't drag my parents into it....even more reason to call LE in my opinion.
It would not be out of the question for a 17 year old girl to call her folks when she's scared.

I'm soooo confused. I thought Ron is alleged to be protecting Misty? Now he's abusing her?

I don't believe for a second he's abusive....no evidence of it at all, DCF agrees and Crystal never even sought custody of Jr. despite the big question mark over Misty's version of what happened that night. So, I think the logical conclusion is that he is not abusive.

I can agree with you on that. I believe it is possible she called them, though I think it very unlikely. When Ron was locked up, if she was truly frightened of him, she had an opportunity to go if that's what she truly wanted, but she did quite the opposite, she bailed him out and sought a PRO against Hank Jr.

I just hope this mess involves Haleigh........and bro will take the deal to tell the truth.

No doubt in my mind, Misty was upset and called her folks. They had good intentions when they went to save her.

I don't believe that Misty's possible involovement (in coverup or anything else) and the chance of her being in danger are mutally exclusive. Both propositions could be true imo. So the brother, parents showing up to save her is plausible to me and she could be covering...lying.. "they key." If I'm not mistaken that's what Snookie had stated earlier, as well as a concern for Jr's safety; But Jr isn't Misty's to take with her if she flees whether Hank Jr is the one picking her up or someone else. HHHmmmm...... I don't see the Croslins all loading up in the van going for a joy ride and visit over at Mother Sykes - unless Misty called them to pick her up.

BBM--Misty wasn't on her own...she was with Ron's grandmother...

No, your incorrect. Ronald's assault upon Hank Jr. was before the rat incident, matter of fact it occurred right after Ronald was bailed out of jail. Gun incidents?? Not sure what your referring to - IF your talking about the gun of Ronald's that Misty claimed to have found in the culvert, that had to do allegedly with Cousin Jo - not Hank Jr. JMO -

WHERE'S HALEIGH RONALD & MISTY??!!

Maybe Joe didn't really take it and Tommy did.

ITA. But IF, and it's just an if to me at this stage, she had something to do with Haleigh disappearing, I would have thought people would be more concerned about Jr's safety, rather than hers.

You are not suggesting the Grandma held a 17 year old girl against her will, are you? I couldn't even buy that as a possibility.

A possibility as Ron, IIRC, via Misty told her where to find the gun....

so why allow these people around Haleigh and Jr if they are so bad....

I don't know...have we seen Misty out on her own?:waitasec:

Perhaps you missed it....she says he came onto the property uninvited, and that she was hit by him during the course of the ensuing altercation. She also alleged he was violent towards her in the past. The court has determined the matter in Misty's favor, and granted her the PRO. Not only did he not defend it, but if the reports we are hearing today are true, he's already breached it. Sounds like someone who doesn't have much respect for the law imo to be stealing a firearm and breaching a PRO all in one go, if the allegations are true.

To me that is fairly clever.

Say she was hit by her brother so any bruises she has from Ron are explained away. KUDOS.

Also Misty is a liar imo. So her "they were uninvited" doesn't mean beans to me really.

Anybody think Mark N. will step up to represent Tommy?

I have a STRONG feeling that there is way more to this story than a "gun" and a third degree felony larceny theft.

The standard bail for it, is 5000 not 50000. Throwing in a stolen gun would not make the bail jump that high.

Tommy better start singing, whatever it is....

I agree with you on that, badme.

So many different things running through my mind. Did Tommy open the side door? Did Tommy know Loucakis? who also sits in jail with a no bond for a PV, which I think is odd to me.
Did Tommy know Amber/Nay Nay? since Kim said he was seen over at Jerome's after the 2 got out of jail the first time. Cobra said on at post at BNN, I think, that he and Tommy searched together? I was like, huh?

But then again, could the high bond be because he had a gun after he was supposed to not have a gun so he broke the RO and the grand larceny?

Interesting to say the least since I put Tommy up on my list after what went down at Mrs.Sykes house.

The fact Hank Jr. didn't even try to defend himself speaks volumes to me. I'm curious why you think he is such a good guy?
