I'm confused, you have been in the topics where it has been discussed and where it's been stated it's not available online.
Are you looking for links on where it's been discussed?
Or a link to info on how to order it? :waitasec:
Since we can now surmise that he is a thief by his own mother's account...it is very possible he thought she was not home, he knew Ronald was working late, and he decided to rob them! Taking the cement block to hold open the door so he could carry out the tv and other things makes perfect sense. It could also explain why he would flip on the kitchen light before he noticed they were actually home. He may have opened the backdoor and put the cement block there after turning on the light. When he finally realized they were there perhaps his plan changed into taking Haleigh instead when she woke up (did him turning on the light wake her up?) and saw him.
So then this is not a proven fact that LE stated Ron picked up Haleigh, but more of a rumor if no one has seen it right? :waitasec:
Who said LE believed him? I saw a quote earlier that said something like "If we are to believe him...". I am trying to track it down now. What I do think is they are trying to pin down what part of his story is true considering it is coming from a thief and now someone who has placed himself at the scene.JMO, but Hank, Jr. probably did take a poly if LE asked him to. If he wouldn't, then he cannot expect LE to believe him.

No, I do not need info on how to order it. I know what you are referring to, but never did hear LE confirm it.
Thank you, tho.

I'm sorry for the earlier post in answer to FlossieJMO's post. I realize now it was O/T for this thread.
Just wondering why you referred to him as a liar when you said you think he told the truth. It seemed contradictory.
Well, it's a moot point anyway since if this is the first time he told LE about it he's either lying now or he was lying for many months.
It didn't seem to stop him for almost 8 months.Just have to say that Hank, Jr. has a young family and has no reason to lie when he knows that LE has the phone records.
MOO

LOL He is also evidently a "peeping" Tommy:
"He got down there around 10," Bowling said. "The house was dark and quiet."
Croslin told investigators he banged hard on the door several times. Croslin said he heard no sound coming from the Cummings house, no lights were on and that when he looked in a window, it was clear no one was home.

What did Tommy do after he supposedly knocked on the door? Where did he go? Who saw him? When did Lindsey state she saw him again? When did she go to bed or wake up? What is Tommy's story after he places himself at the scene?

Perhaps he was trying to protect his little sister until she accused him of molesting her and got an RO against him. I dunno.
I do not care who is involved in Haleigh's disappearance, I want him/her/them to pay for it!
*****Also, I do not have to try to 'peep' in a window at night to know whether or not the lights are on inside a home. The window would be illuminated had there been any lights on, IMO. Could have easily been seen.
