Hank Croslin Jr Talks

I'm confused, you have been in the topics where it has been discussed and where it's been stated it's not available online.

Are you looking for links on where it's been discussed?

Or a link to info on how to order it? :waitasec:

No, I do not need info on how to order it. I know what you are referring to, but never did hear LE confirm it.

Thank you, tho.

Since we can now surmise that he is a thief by his own mother's account...it is very possible he thought she was not home, he knew Ronald was working late, and he decided to rob them! Taking the cement block to hold open the door so he could carry out the tv and other things makes perfect sense. It could also explain why he would flip on the kitchen light before he noticed they were actually home. He may have opened the backdoor and put the cement block there after turning on the light. When he finally realized they were there perhaps his plan changed into taking Haleigh instead when she woke up (did him turning on the light wake her up?) and saw him.

This picture, of children safely asleep, their caregiver having laundered the oopsy blanky (oops no dtgt) and turned in following a long night of cleaning, only to have their safe and happy sanctuary invaded by this "thief" relative who seizes his chance to steal their flatscreen tv... neglects the fact HC2 was dispatched there by RON himself. So then this is not a proven fact that LE stated Ron picked up Haleigh, but more of a rumor if no one has seen it right? :waitasec:

I am afraid we would have to take it as such because I was watching Galanos that day and did not hear that. And it is not in print or video, IIRC.

Just have to say that Hank, Jr. has a young family and has no reason to lie when he knows that LE has the phone records.

MOO

JMO, but Hank, Jr. probably did take a poly if LE asked him to. If he wouldn't, then he cannot expect LE to believe him.

JMO
Who said LE believed him? I saw a quote earlier that said something like "If we are to believe him...". I am trying to track it down now. What I do think is they are trying to pin down what part of his story is true considering it is coming from a thief and now someone who has placed himself at the scene.

"He got down there around 10," Bowling said. "The house was dark and quiet."

Croslin told investigators he banged hard on the door several times. Croslin said he heard no sound coming from the Cummings house, no lights were on and that when he looked in a window, it was clear no one was home.

I'm sorry for the earlier post in answer to FlossieJMO's post. I realize now it was O/T for this thread.

I am just stating my opinion that Tommy would take a poly if he is asked by LE to do so and if he expects LE to believe anything he says.

JMO, MOO

Just wondering why you referred to him as a liar when you said you think he told the truth. It seemed contradictory.

Well, it's a moot point anyway since if this is the first time he told LE about it he's either lying now or he was lying for many months.

I think I understand now what you are saying and asking. Yes I'm saying he is telling the truth about the lights, sounds and darkness. Which corroborates misty.

I am also saying he is a liar, because for 8 months he's not once went to LE and reveal himself as a critical eyewitness in the crime scene case which would have made him another POI. So all the months LE pleaded, along with the family, he remains silent. Guilty by omission. I agree with you, he's moot, because now we have to go strictly by verifiable information and can't put his testimony as trust worthy on anything he says. Sadly. A husband and Father, brother and son ought to be able to be trusted in such a serious matter as a childs disappearance. If you can't count on a person to be truthful and mature at a time like this, I beg WHY?

It didn't seem to stop him for almost 8 months.

Bowling said it is the first time anyone has said they were at the mobile home after Cummings' grandmother Annette Sykes left about 7:30 p.m.

"It is surprising that someone would hold that information," he said.

Croslin has been jailed since mid-September on a grand theft charge. He is accused of stealing a handgun from a former neighbor of his parents.

LOL He is also evidently a "peeping" Tommy:

If Tommy knocked on the front door and the front door has glass in it, he would not have to be what you call a 'peeping tommy' to see that there were no lights on inside. JMO

BTW, I do not think we should call Tommy a 'peeping Tommy'.

MOO

What did Tommy do after he supposedly knocked on the door? Where did he go? Who saw him? When did Lindsey state she saw him again? When did she go to bed or wake up? What is Tommy's story after he places himself at the scene?

Did he meet up with Joe?
IF the story that he wasn't at Timmy's house until sometime after 12 and
he slept in his clothes is true....kinda makes you wonder what they both could have been doing!

Yeah..... I didnt take it as that either, Im thinkin its more arse covering for the cummings........jmooc

Really, well there ain't no amount of arse covering that would make me place my arse ten feet deep inside a missing childs disappearance knowing I'm going to become their new arse meat.

He could have very well, if he was covering for his beloved Sissy, said, "Yeah, I went by the mh that night, everything was quiet and appeared everything was in order, no distress or signs of anything out of the ordinary which led me to believe my Sis was asleep as usual with the babies. I saw nothing that gave me any alarm signals".

It didn't seem to stop him for almost 8 months.

Perhaps he was trying to protect his little sister until she accused him of molesting her and got an RO against him. I dunno.

I do not care who is involved in Haleigh's disappearance, I want him/her/them to pay for it!

*****Also, I do not have to try to 'peep' in a window at night to know whether or not the lights are on inside a home. The window would be illuminated had there been any lights on, IMO. Could have easily been seen.

Since we can now surmise that he is a thief by his own mother's account...

If you believe her side of the story.

Using the neighbor's phone at 4AM to call relatives? Yeah, I believe that one. Who is calling relatives at 4AM?

Kind of interesting that she and hubby fled the state the day before detectives came knocking on their door to interview them. Who leaves the state - and their grandchildren - with their son locked up?

Perhaps they did none other than throw Tommy under the bus to save their own butts?

anyone ever think the croslins and cummings are now going with the misty was gone route to cover all their arses? Hence RC saying the bed was made, and now the bro saying she wasnt home......seems to me it was the only turn they were able to take at this point after being caught with all the inconsistencies....maybe if they throw it on misty being gone they figure they can keep deflecting, and she can contininue to say I dont know and if proven she would only get child endangerment charges and they can continue with their "abduction" story.....of course she would have no problem with all of this as that has been her role from the jump, to take all the heat, and continue to suffer from memory loss....jmooc

I thought I read at the beginning of this thread that Tommy would take a poly if asked if it was OK with his atorney,
