I listened to this the other day when you posted it and I saw my daughter in the kitchen moving to the rhythm. I loved it. I wanted to listen to it again later on at night. I was trying to chill from the hectic day. This song and these guys speak to me. Wow. While listening, I was thinking that this is a perfect song for the hearing impaired. Just watching their faces display their emotions and their fingers strum even without the sound, you can hear and feel the music.it. Thanks for turning me onto them. I’d not heard them before. Thank you so much. They’re on my go to list now.
I don't know what other states might do about Easter Sunday religious services, but the Archdiocese of Detroit has cancelled all Holy Week liturgies. Given our state-wide stay-at-home order, I think most churches will not be offering Easter services for their congregants. In lieu of church services, here is a list of the religious-themed movies that will be featured on Easter (April 12) on commercial-free Turner Classic Movies (TCM):
7:30 AM
Barabbas ( 1962)
A thief is pardoned so Jesus can be crucified in his place.
12:00 PM
Ben-Hur ( 1959)
While seeking revenge, a rebellious Israelite prince crosses paths with Jesus Christ.
4:00 PM
Greatest Story Ever Told, The ( 1965)
All-star epic retelling of Christ's life.
10:00 PM
King of Kings ( 1961)
Epic retelling of Christ's life and the effects of his teachings on those around him.
My brother is a Baptist minister and he's having a "drive-in" service. Those who wish to attend can drive to the church, watch the service from their car on a large projection screen, and tune-in via their car radio.I don't know what other states might do about Easter Sunday religious services, but the Archdiocese of Detroit has cancelled all Holy Week liturgies. You made me giggle. Thanks. I think that’s gonna be true for lots of folks. I know my daughter is forcing herself to do extra exercises and working out in the yards to sweat out stress, frustration and pounds. She’s a great cook and with her focus now on cooking instead of working. Well...you know how that goes.Tonight I watched Outbreak and 2012 - for my mental health so I know covid-19 is just gonna mean I’ve gained 19 pounds

I've started calling them "The Lost Months".So funny, I looked at our blank calendar last night. Still on March. This calendar is so central to our life, we review it every Sunday night. To see medical appointments, social engagements, travel plans.
March is blank, April is blank. Why even bother with a calendar? Just mark another day at home.
One day at a time remains our motto. How’s Willie doing? How are you holding up? Be sure and take care of you too. It’s just crazy isn’t it? I wake up and can’t go back to sleep. I feel like I’m with Michael J. Fox in Back to the Future. I’m waiting for the DeLorean to show up.So funny, I looked at our blank calendar last night. Still on March. We’ve been cooking from scratch - last night the kid made turkey gumbo - really proud of that as the roux is tough to get right !You made me giggle. Thanks. Lol- that’s awesome! When this first broke loose & movie theaters were shut down while controversy over church services was heating up, I told my fam we need to open up all the old drive-ins & hold everything there. And why wait for a pandemic?! That’s a super fun idea.My brother is a Baptist minister and he's having a "drive-in" service. Ya know, like a drive-in movie? I think it's such a cool idea!
(He also live streams every service on the church's Facebook page.)
