So, LE is holding back vital evidence so that when the case comes to trial, that evidence will be inadmissable due to Failure to disclose in court ordered discovery?
It's quite a complicated game of mental chess they are playing then?
You misunderstood I did not mean SA are holding it forever. They dont have to hand over all evidence to the defence immediately. Of course they are holding back lots of things they dont want the public or the defence to know yet. They do have to hand it over but if they say it is still part of the ongoing investigation they have lots of time yet to give it over to the defence. This is done all the time. Im sure the defence has things it holding onto until they have to hand it over too. It is part of the game they play.
There are lots of things the SA has taken into evidence that we have seen absolutely no mention of yet. We will eventually but only when they want to or when they finally have to disclose it to the defence.
That's part of what makes sleuthing so difficult, the doc dumps gives us lots of info but even more questions about why or what they havent included in the dumps.
