I...her own diva antics...

I guess that I am dumb, but what are "diva antics" and what did Heather do??

I would have only filed for divorce if I found emails that my husband had been sending to the ex-assistant, not vice versa. It doesn't make sense to me. Did Heather find any incriminating emails from Richie TO the ex-assistant??

I don't know them personally, but I have a hard time believing that this is the only reason she filed for divorce. They may have had "infidelity" problems before. He wouldn't be the first rock star to constantly cheat on his wife. Maybe they worked through this issue before and she forgave him and she discovered that he was at it again. They've been together for 11 years. I don't see her throwing that way because of one stray email.

All about Heather - 24/7....

And you're not dumb! ;)

What if this lady was just trying to stir the pot? These rock stars have women throwing themselves at them constantly!
I completely agree with you. I would have been more concerned if he sent a suggestive response back.

I don't know how many of you watched Melrose Place, but I just saw in People magazine that Josie Bissett and Rob Estes are getting a divorce. I always liked both of them. :(

I loved Melrose Place and I like them both as well... :(

Oh I agree.. I don't think she would have gaven up on her marriage after 11 years just because of these provocative emails... There is more going on than that...

Looks like it's gonna get nasty:

Heather Locklear is on the hunt for a less judgmental judge.

One week after her soon-to-be ex-husband, Richie Sambora filed court papers challenging the objectivity of the first judge assigned to handle their divorce case, Locklear has filed similar documents, alleging that the second judge assigned to the case is prejudiced against her.

OMG Jules! You really have to see them. We were waiting for the concert to start and the music got really loud (our butts were vibrating in the chairs) and you could see some activity on the stage (which was dark) then all of a sudden the lasers start shooting aorund the arena and I almost crapped. He was standing 30 feet in front of me on a small platform and started the concert right there. We will have that memory to last us a lifetime. He has not aged in all these years, and still has the best hair:) And he's still so easy on the eyes (jon that is!) Richie's solo was fantastic.

I read also that she is seeking full custody of Ava. That's not nice cuz Richie is a good father. At least from what I've heard. Not a bully like Alec Baldwin.

I am definitely gonna have to go sometime! Glad you had such a great time and great seats! We had that at a Keith Urban concert in Orlando a year ago. We got there early and were able to get front row center. When the lights came on, he was about 6 foot in front of us. I have some GREAT video clips of him singing to us and winking at us! It was sooooooo much fun! Something I will always remember. As many shows of his that I've been to, I doubt we'll ever be that close again.

Does anyone know why the assistant got fired? Maybe there was something going on then and when Heather found the pics, that was the last straw. Works for me!

Alright, Jules, you've made a Keith Urban believer out of me!!! I told my hubby yesterday I want him to surprise me with tickets to the next concert in Dallas. My 11 year old son LOVES Keith's song, Days Go By. He sits in his room and listens to it over and over. It's got a great message - I definitely don't mind him listening to THAT song!!!

He really is AWESOME live!!! His shows are high energy and his guitar playing is absolutely incredible!!! I have always liked his music, but there is just something about seeing him live. The guy is just amazing! My son is 10 and has been to 3 shows. He knows every song and is now taking guitar lessons! :D :D :D

Next time he's in Dallas, I may just have to go too! We'll have to meet!

Didn't know which thread to put this on...but some are saying that Richie Sambora is dating Heather's friend Denise Richards::waitasec:

Denise Richards and Richie Sambora have been getting cozy: The pair were spotted kissing in Southern California this weekend, PEOPLE reports.

On Saturday, Richards, 35, and Sambora, 46, the soon-to-be ex-husband of Heather Locklear, arrived at Le Café in the Westlake Village neighborhood outside Los Angeles at about 5 p.m. in separate cars. In the parking lot, the two kissed then walked hand-in-hand, smiling and chatting the entire way as they headed for the restaurant.

Inside, they shared a table in the covered patio where they gazed into each other's eyes and held hands across the table. Eventually, Richards planted a kiss on Sambora's hand – and he returned the gesture, kissing hers. They then kissed again on the lips.

If its true.. then more power to her. Richie Sambora strikes me as being a fairly upstanding guy and frankly in light of what she is saying about her soon to be ex-husband, it certainly would be nice for her to see someone who isn't a total [link removed].

Welcome to Websleuths.

The issue I have with it is: how does her friend (Heather Locklear)feel about that? I think it would be very strange to suddenly see my friend out with my (still) husband (but possibly soon to be ex).

I think this may be the reason for Heather and Richie's divorce.
