Help me find 2 children my father murdered

I need help.

My father has admitted to killing two children when he was also a child in the foster system. Most likely these crimes were committed at orphanges or boys group homes.

I have almost no information on my dad or these children who were most likely listed as run aways.

I need to find these children. I know that this will involve foot work, I am willing to go full blow investigator. Where would you start? I knew that this would be the best place to start. Help me guys. Please.

The first step would be to report his confession to police. If the children he claims to have murdered are alive and well, no harm done.

I live and work in Europe so I’m not that familiar with what information is available, how you access it, confidentiality legislation etc, but I would start with a timeline, starting from his birth and then continue. For each known date, I would add everything known. An example:
2 March 19xx: born, [place etc and other relevant information]
10 May 19xy: moved to...

However, first report it to the police. They will hopefully start an investigation. Make sure that what you’re doing doesn’t interfere with the police investigation. A timeline containing information known to you might be of great assistance.

if he was a child when he killed them, how did he dispose of their remains? adults would have had to have been involved IMO
