Henry Lee's comment on the Touch DNA

The DNA under JBR's fingernails is frequently referred to in the media as DNA evidence. Even if it doesn't match other DNA, it still can be matched to an owner, otherwise its not DNA evidence. IDI can have more than one DNA owner because there can be more than one intruder.

Nope, you are wrong holdon, it is DEGRADED and UNUSABLE...and it was contaminated by the USED clippers that was used to collect those fingernails, so it cannot be matched to an owner. You can't test DEGRADED, UNUSABLE DNA. That is WHY they call it unusable. Just ask Pam...she will tell you all about it. OR just at least READ what she said about it, in one of the articles that I posted earlier.

Whatever happened to the public hair that police collected at the scene. Was it ever tested? I wonder if they got DNA off of it and it matches the other DNA.

My undersanding was that it did not have a 'root' attached, or whtever that little 'do-da bumpy thing' is called, used to test for DNA so all they could do was compare as to similarity of structure and composition of the hair itself. As I understand that part was compared and tested. I remember Patsy discussed how humiliating it was to have to offer pubic hair samlples.

The only thing that is DEGRADED and UNUSABLE is this POV, as it stands in complete opposition to multiple news and media reports that over and over again refer to 'fingernail DNA'. It exists, alright. And so does a media report that states something to the effect of 'those who linger on as RDI minimize the significance of the new DNA findings'.

The "pubic hair" turned out not to be a pubic hair at all. It was found to be an "ancillary hair" (from the forearm) of Patsy Ramsey. It was found on the white blanket that was wrapped around JBR. It raises a lot of flags, to be sure, but any defense attorney could argue that a hair from the arm of the mother would not be out of place on a blanket from her daughter's bed. But add it to the fibers from the mother's jacket found entwined IN the garrote knot, on the INSIDE of the tape from JBR's mouth and in paint tote in the basement- a jacket she admitted she never wore in the basement- and you have a lot of circumstantial evidence. ALL of the above locations are directly connected to the crime itself, and not just to the house.

..and JB was wrapped the way a parent would wrap her,per experts.

Exactly... It was often referred to as being very similar in style to a "papoose wrap", bundled with 'love'.

Hmmm, that's funny, I have never heard that media report before.

Holdon, even PAM, JB's own AUNT said that the DNA under the fingernails, was degraded and unusable. Guess you think that she is making stuff up too.

Even JOHN referred to her wrapped in the blanket that way..."Papoose style". Experts have said that she was wrapped "lovingly, the way that someone that cared for her would wrap her".

Would you care to explain this superdave? Curious as to what you mean.

Simple: I just meant I don't know what Nancy Grace thinks because since this broke, she hasn't given a straight-out opinion.

Fits a kidnap for long-term scenario, doesn't it. Future bride for somebody is going to be handled with care, I think.

RDI just cant see the duct tape, 2nd ligature, and blanket as all preparation to move JBR to the car, I guess. RDI needs to 'wrap JBR lovingly' after brutally murdering her? The duct tape over her mouth doesn't fit that one, does it.

Nancy Grace not giving a straight out opinion, huh. To you that may not say much. She is really so good at apologizing. Those Duke boys can attest to that.

Holdon, even EXPERTS said that she was wrapped "lovingly, like someone that CARED for her would wrap her", that is not something the RDI's just pulled out of thin air. You have NEVER explained to me, how Patsy's fibers ended up UNDERNEATH the tape over JB's mouth, in the paint tote...and ENTWINED in the garotte? OH BUT YET...no other fibers from Patsy were found any other place on JB. What about Johns shirt fibers found inside her crotch area? I guess the members of the Foreign Faction...that came to kidnap her and take her away to be married (at 6 years old ), planted all of that fiber evidence to frame the parents?

Yeah, but I think that her saying that the "touch dna hardly exonerates the parents", speaks volumes. It sounds to me like she thinks that the Ramsey's are SOMEHOW involved.

You know, I can go with that. It still has shaped her opinion though. I think she has gone from they perfomed an act of killing to they are not completely exonerated. Good call.

Thanks! Yeah, I wasn't sure though at first if she believed that they did the killing, or if an intruder was actually involved. I still don't know what her thoughts were on this case, in the beginning.
