Not me but I'll try

ETA:

From the Find Charli FB page posted on 12/24/14…

As far as when the trial begins, we were made to understand that it could be another year or so. We will be keeping busy till then and staying ever-appreciative of the concern for Charli and baby Joshua's case from all of you.

ETA2:

From http://www.courts.state.hi.us/legal_references/records/search_court_records.html…

As far as I can tell, the jury trial is to begin 2/2/15, however, the last few listings of "jury trial" were "continued" so I'm not sure how certain we can be of that date.

That link doesn't work for me so I can't see it.
I wonder if that date is accurate or was based on the original proceedings before the attorney change.

Hi all. The Find Charli Scott Page said the trial won't be for another YEAR! I have no date, though.

That's quite a while! You'd think there'd have been SOME news about the delay. I can't find a thing apart from the FB page you mentioned.

In reading SC's first interview with Ms. Lincoln just a few days after she went missing, he states, "Steven: "They've just been questioning me. They haven't really told me anything." "I mean, it's undeniable that I'm probably the prime suspect, so they're not going to tell me any details." "

Prime suspect for what? A missing person?

Yes, PeterTosh, we remember the interview and the details of what he said. We were all over that interview from the beginning. Still completely agree his words were very telling.
Have they been able to piece together what happened?

Yup that interview words are haunting.
Was he surprised he was walking around without handcuffs? When he planned it was he thinking they would arrest him right away? The month before it Maui all knew about missing person Moreira Monsalve and that they didn't arrest her exboyfriend. Did he learn then they don't arrest right away if it's Missing Person no body found?

How careful was he?

Thoughts go out to Charli's family and friends this day.

He could confess and stop torturing her family and friends more. Instead this.

Oh boy. sigh...There will be set backs. This is not uncommon. Like I said a few posts up, the justice system can have many surprises. The law protects the defendant sometimes more than the victim.

This is the first time I think I've heard about black jeans.

He hid body, phone, laptop, SUV parts. Why leave blanket and clothes on the beach?

If he did it in Keanae maybe he wanted to leave everything in Keanae and not drive out of there with any obvious evidence in the vehicle with him and thats why blanket, clothes, dvd, duct tape all there. So body and phone are still in Keanae?

Or he did it in other place and planted evidence in Keanae. Why plant evidence? To make it look like someone not him did it. Can't think any other reason. And that's why bring only jawbone there and not whole body. Only need a little evidence and jawbone identifies.

He thought he had alibi for not being in Keanae later. He thought his alibi that he can't drive his truck and her SUV at same time. That is not alibi if none confirms his truck out there. Where did he hide his truck in walking dist of his house that none would see it? Where was his grandfather that night? Does SC have any alibi before Skype with new girlfriend?

Nala the dog.
Charli would not let SC leave Nala at Nahiku Market Place.
Nala would not let SC hit Charli in front of her in the SUV.
SC would not risk Nala barking locked alone in SUV in Keanae.

If SC killed Charli in Keanae I don't think Nala went with them.
If SC killed Charli near his home he would only have to drive to Nahiku to leave Nala there and then Keanae to plant evidence.

Charli's SUV burned probably because blood in it.
SC's truck detailed maybe just because it had Nala's hair in it?

I have notice that in many of the other cases I have followed, the crime, at some point, was at or near the perps home.
t just amazes me he still thinks he can get away with this.
