You may already be aware of this, but, if you go to YouTube, Court Chatter Live, Steven Capobiance opening statements, you can watch yesterdays proceedings in segments. I just watched the parts I missed yesterday.
I thought Apo lacked the conviction of his words. Can't wait to find out what other "substantive and concrete" alternative suspects (according to Apo) MPD ignored in order to pursue/hound poor Steven.

Thanks, maybe I will be able to catch up this evening. I was surprised by the distance between the Charli's clothes, etc, and the black jeans as well. I also found the testimony by Linda Puppolo, the clinic manager of the Planned Parenthood office very enlightening.

Thanks MM for the catchup link! I missed the whole opening yesterday, too much going on IRL, saw just the tail end of the PP witness, who was quite centered and strong to my perception.
I don't know of any official link for the witness schedule, but KHON just now said that Kim Scott should be on today and maybe the lead detective. So maybe just tune in before it starts to KHON and at least you may get info on what is coming later in the day.

I am confused about the jeans too. MPD never let out where they found the jawbone exactly, but sister PW did say in interview that she found jeans that were not Charli's along with the clothes, all taken by her and searches to police department.
perhaps there are two pairs of jeans that were found, don't know, but the PS interview was within a day or so of her finding the clothes, so I take it as very accurate in terms of her memory.

Thanks MamaM and Pua for the KHON links and the Court Chatter channel. Loio said she was going back today. Frankly I thought that the state opened up with a lousy opening statement. It wasn't compelling in any way. If anything it was confusing because he was pointing towards the witness stand. Then again maybe the monitor showed Honomanu. The monitor wasn't shown to the rest of the us.

I completely missed that. I thought the fingertips were with the clothing, jawbone, etc.
Rivera had said the jawbone DNA had been so degraded that it was necessary to have a forensic dentist(?) compare Charli's dental records to the jawbone and it was an exact match. So, were no teeth found, do you know? I had read at least one tooth was found with the lower half of her jaw. Also, what would have degraded it to that extent in such a short period of time?

We talked a few threads back about some truth in lies and this may be an example. Or it could be he pre dug a grave.

Thanks for telling us that bit of streaming info. I'm have video and audio trouble. Is what's on the sceen now (man explaining maps) happening today, Tues.? Or is it from the end of yesterday, which we couldn't see?

Interesting take, HGO. I agree.....also thought it was a bit of truth in lies, vacillating with a pre-dug grave. We're on the same track here. I was so sickened to hear Charli's jaw was scraped clean of flesh by a serrated instrument.
