The motion to suppress Detective Loo's interview and the defendant's statements were denied. Cardoza basically said the defendant in his own words stated he was present for the interview voluntarily.

Detective Loo's interview audio will be played tomorrow morning. Court is scheduled to reconvene at 10 AM HST. Courtroom 3 has other cases on the docket at 2:30 PM tomorrow so I think it's safe to assume tomorrow will be a short court day. No court on Thursdays, perhaps the mother Kimberlyn will testify on Friday.

Maybe just that. Was Steven present for those interviews on 2/11/14 voluntarily? The answer is yes. His entire defense is whether or not he was pursued as a suspect from the very beginning.

Day 1: Planned Parenthood worker, two coworkers of the defendants from Mana Foods. The day ended with the mapping guy Gehring.

Day 2: Mapping guy returned, concluded his testimony. Detective Loo was asked to the stand.

I wasn't sure if the family who are also witnesses allowed in the court room for testimony. Are they allowed or no? Boy I didn't even think they may also not be allowed to stream.
