We don't know if he planned to burn the truck. Actually it doesn't seem like he really planned anything.
That is a good challenge. If he did plan, he didn't plan very well. So what is there to say he planned at all?We don't know if he planned to burn the truck. Actually it doesn't seem like he really planned anything.
Sorry, I couldn't tell what post you were replying to. I just felt that your questioning his planning is very legit, for any and all aspects, and I guess it made me want to separate out what seems planned from what does not.I said we don't know if he planned to burn the truck. (in response to post 499 #3)
True there sure is a ton to follow. As far as my posts go, if I have a source making it fact I allude to it, but I might not name it again if the testimony has been recent or we have all talked about it many times such that I think we all know it is sourced. Like his feelings about children and having the baby that are recent testimony. It was a good read. Thank you.
There's so much to follow and when it's not noted that it is speculation or opinion or a theory it is easy to get confused. I'm guilty of that too.
Thanks for looking up the date.http://www.mauinews.com/page/content.detail/id/612727/Witness-offers-contradictory-testimony-about-truck-s-location.html?nav=10
"He also recalled running into Capobianco and his cousin at Costco after Presidents Day in February 2014, as searchers were continuing to look for Scott. Capobianco seemed to be trying to get information on where people had searched, Kaiser said."He was asking questions on what's going on with the search, what we found, have we heard anything," Kaiser said. "He said it was hard to follow because people aren't talking to him."
Kaiser said he told Capobianco they were searching "everywhere, in gulches and through the brush, searching anywhere we can."
"I said there's some places it's hard to get to," Kaiser said. "He said, 'What do you mean?' That's the part I really remember. It just seemed like a weird question to me.""
President's Day in 2014 was Monday, Feb 17. So a week later.
Maybe a clue the remains are in a place hard to get to.

What is not sourced is by default a theory/spec/opinion. Opinion if felt strongly I will say I feel or I believe or I think or seems to me.
If I say it is possible or a maybe, that is spec/theory. I had a maybe next to every line in that post above, but I thought it was too repetitive and took a couple out, thinking it was obviously a list of possible things that happened. I will try to do better labelling if this is not enough though. I truly don't want to be confusing.![]()

Perhaps it was his moment to deliver the ultimatum. You either get rid of the kid or I do it for you. Charli probably explained that it was too late because she was to far along anyways and he didn't buy it. Him being to stupid to realize this so he started to slash at her out of rage and went to far. Maybe at some point during the murder he realized there was no turning back and had to finish what he started.
I dont know. Im buying his horror in the court room. I dont think he is a Bundy type and I dont think he enjoyed this. I believe he would take it all back if he could (Paticiularily because he got caught.)
I went back to #3 reasoning on taking her truck, and you're totally right, I stuck that in as if it were known for sure that he planned to burn her truck, but I meant it as a possible motivation to take her truck IF burning it was part of his plan. Mea culpa for sure.I look at it like this, were on top of linking sources and I think we read everything we can, so if it's been testified to it can be assumed and written as fact without linking over and over. When I read your #3 I was like wait a second what did I miss? We know he planned it?? Then I starting looking for a new !wow! source. To credit you, you're on top of this so I really thought I missed something. All good.
Yeah, I think anyone here would have had made a better plan if we were murdererous types. I initially thought he might be innocent because a guilty person would have his act together and a more solid story. If I was thinking about and planning a crime I sure would have had a better plan. The sloppiness makes me think he started and someone else finished or he thought about in a fantasy type way, didn't plan anything and fantasy became reality and then sloppy scrambling.
I want to know what parts of the lie detector test he failed.
