Two things really bugging me: 1. Charli's family had the life360 app. The last ping of her phone was at 10:56pm Sunday at Nua'ailua. Why doesn't anyone go check until Tuesday evening? Even then, they seem to have either trusted or been intimidated by Steven's lie that he already checked down there Tuesday. Her body may have been found if the family and police got down there sooner, especially if he didn't move it till Weds. If someone you love goes missing and is pregnant, you go where the last GPS ping was if you have that info right away. Right?
2. Why is there no video footage of his trip to Kahului buying supplies (duct tape and zip ties?)? On the day Charli disappeared Steven mentioned that they didn't get going till late in the evening because he had things to do. He leaves work at 3:52 and his phone pings a tower near the Kahului airport at 4:24 per SA Easter. So assuming he went into town for supplies, wouldn't there be some camera footage that could provide a solid link to the murder evidence found?
Here's a link to the youtube video of SA Easter's Cell phone analysis. He talks about Steven being in Kahului around the 12min mark:
