Go to Weather Underground and pull up web cams. You'll see that times on those cams are all over the place. The timestamp on most casual surveillance videos are typically close, but by no means guaranteed to be accurate. And for homeowners who have them -- did they remember daylight savings time changes? Accuracy depends on either the system or the user -- or both.

Another thing regarding the dental board hearing for TB.

The "excuse" given for failing drug testing is really heartbreaking
....bottom of page 5 (footnotes) says:

Respondent testified that she had a close friend who had a serious addiction
to methamphetamine and that she spent a lot of time providing support to the
friend in September 2006. The friend's child had tested positive for
methamphetamine, presumably from second-hand exposure to the drug.

(Testimony of Respondent)

If people want to ingest drugs themselves they should at least do it away from children. :banghead:

Yep, there's stuff in the UK Daily Mail. We allow that link, but we treat it cautiously. Please keep your focus on sleuthing what may have happened to Lyric and Elizabeth in these threads.

This post falls at random.

Earlier this week, officials asked that someone who was seen paddle-boating on Meyers Lake that Friday contact authorities, but the person still has not done so, Breault said this morning.

“They’ve had several people who think someone was (paddle-boating on the lake), but they’re still looking for someone who was said to be out there,” she said.

Attemjpted abduction of an 11 year old girl in Iowa yesterday. A white van.

http://whotv.com/2012/07/26/attempted-abduction-colo-girl-escapes/

For those that aren't local, this town is about an hour and a half from Evansdale. Numerous reports of a white van attempting to lure children into vehicles over the summer in this area. Some others with different vehicle/perp description, but I would say we are now at least over 10 attempted abduction cases since spring.

Not sure if this new or newly packaged:

http://www.desmoinesregister.com/ar...-by-key-witnesses-not-coming-forward-FBI-says

FBI spokeswoman Sandy Breault:
' “They’ve had several people who think someone was (paddle-boating on the lake), but they’re still looking for someone who was said to be out there,” she said.'

And "no comment" from Breault on the warrant issued for the contempt of court.

"Said today......" And, the article is dated today, so yes it is new. MOO, of course.

Does anyone have links to both videos so they can be compared? tia

In case no one's posted them yet wanted to let you know I am still trying to find them. It's frustrating! The ones I've got still up on my screen were attached to news stories that have since been "updated" but I haven't been able to find links directly to the videos. I'll keep looking.

Trying to piece together a timeline for the adults based on media interviews and I come up with this...

8:30am - Misty says she left for work and Lyric was still in her pyjamas at Grandma’s house.

11:30am - Grandma says the girl’s went out bike riding

12:15pm - Video of girl’s riding west on Brovan Blvd towards River Forest Rd

12:30pm - Grandma says that Heather came in, the “dad” was there (Drew?) so she took her 12yr old grandson and went out looking for the girls until 1:30pm. They went everywhere, Elk Run, all over Evansdale and even down to Meyer’s Lake. So the Grandma and the 12yr old grandson were at the lake sometime between 12:30pm and 1:30pm

1:30pm - 2:00pm Misty showed up at Heather’s house, Grandma went home to meet Tammy.

2:00pm - Heather came home from “appointment”. Sometime between 2pm and 2:45pm she went out to look and then decided to go to the police station to file missing persons report.

2:00pm - 2:45pm - Sometime during this time frame, Drew called Grandma to come back because the girls were still missing.

2:45pm - Grandma, Tammy and 12yr old grandson were at Meyer’s Lake.

3:58pm - Volunteer firefighter found bikes.

I guess because Heather and Drew have not done any media interviews about their movements that day, I was surprised that Grandma says "dad" was home at 12:30pm and Heather seems to have been going in and out. Was Drew home all day or did he come home at some point that morning to take Heather to the appointment? Did they take the two younger children with them as well? Or was he home watching the children while Grandma was looking and Heather was at her appointment? :waitasec:

MOO

This is my first post, but I've been visiting since the Lisa Irwin case.

I've been thinking about the whole paddle boater as abductor scenario. We've got statements that indicate that the girls possibly went to the edge of the water (since it's not really been confirmed as fact). If they were taken by a paddle boater, or led to a nearby home after crossing the water, shouldn't there be a scent trail at the exit point at some other spot on the lake? From what the SAR experts have stated, even if the perp carried the girls, they would still likely leave a scent trail. Do we have any idea if they actually took the dogs around the entire perimeter of the lake? Unless there was a back and forth trail (a path to and from the lake) in the same vicinity, the lack of searching for an exit trail would make me think that either a) someone dropped the ball or b) there wasn't a true hit on a trail there. Just my inexperienced opinion.

This news is very alarming.

Why wouldn't a man show up in court if he wasnt even going to do any prison time?

Since he has a bench warrant for his arrest it seems LE doesnt know where he is.

Very strange timing, imo.

Does he live close to the lake?

IMO

I read on a FB group that the hearing was a child support hearing. Also read that he was at the balloon release.

11:30am - Grandma says the girl’s went out bike riding

Other reports say the GM last saw them at 1215...

did the GM actually say both times?

It is getting increasingly difficult for me to read the criminal history of almost every member in this family and to stick my head in the sand. I can see why LE has come down very hard on them.

Let me tell you....my heart breaks for these little girls.

:floorlaugh: The visual of TB drivin' pants-less down the side of the road on the flat/rim to see her son in :jail: prison w/ the passenger hanging TB's pants out the window. WOWZA! :what:

So how old are these people. This is the "Aunt" right?? Grandma looks older than I expected, and this puts TB at about 36 at least. No big deal, but this is just getting stranger.

That's a persistence to get to the jail though. Wow.

So, at 12:30 Heather came in...and even though her child was missing, went to an appt and was back again at 2:00? And when they weren't there STILL - she THEN went to the police?:waitasec:
