I'm confused about the number of polygraphs Misty has taken. Please correct me:

On Wednesday night investigators went to a nearby hotel where Misty and Dan Morrisey were staying, but Dan claimed he was tired and wanted to go to sleep. The following morning Misty took a urine analysis and a polygraph test. However, Brousseau said the pair had been advised by their attorney not to speak any further to police or the media or submit to any more polygraph tests.

I'm glad to be outside, being back involved with looking. Taking steps to, you know, helping. It's kind of hard to be closed up in a room where you feel like you're not being part of the search. So the polygraph went fine.

IIRC Heather has a pacemaker...my husband does as well. they have to be checked every few months and rescheduling with a cardiologist can be a pain, so that very well could be.

This guy (JS) has a criminal record with 102 entries on it.
JS did attend the balloon release (which happened on the day from which the footage is being sought)
JS has 7 different FB profiles

For those that aren't local, this town is about an hour and a half from Evansdale. Numerous reports of a white van attempting to lure children into vehicles over the summer in this area. Some others with different vehicle/perp description, but I would say we are now at least over 10 attempted abduction cases since spring.

Here is another one that is an hour old. Just north of KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va.

Speaking of the white van incidents, the one where the guy parked the wrong way in the road in front of a laundromat, jumped out, touched a girls' face and told her she was pretty -- remember that? -- well, police have talked to the van driver, who voluntarily went in to speak to them about it, and they say there was no criminal intent and it was a miscommunication.

So at this point we know they are in the process of requesting/ receiving the ATM footage from First Liberty bank based on the subpoena yesterday. And we know there's no more scheduled news conferences... so, me being impatient as all heck, would like to know when/where/how can I find out what's up with the footage they're going to get from the ATM?

Wish they'd hurry already, this case makes me crazy. I have a daughter in this age range. She still believes in Santa Claus, as of this past Christmas (though I admit she grilled me pretty heavily on the matter, LOL!) They're too sweet and innocent for this.

I wish better information was provided. Writing that her heart 'gave out' and she was 'shocked back to life' is very poor, IMO. Did she faint from V-tach? A-fib? Was it congenital? Acute? Probably o/t of me to pick like this, but it's always best to convey actual information vs giving the sense the author knows not what he writes.

Very interesting article.

The thought of it is interesting indeed. If someone were paddle boating and saw two girls on the shore watching and paddled over to invite them to go for a ride in the paddle boat then their scent on land would end at the shore. If once in the paddle boat the person refused to take them back to the place they boarded and instead went to some other part of the lake, maybe where a truck was waiting and offered to give them a ride back over to their bikes just to get them in a vehicle while he/she loaded up the paddle boat, then abducted them. I could see that scenario happening, especially since the person seen paddle boating has not come forward. Haven't read all the posts on this thread yet so I don't know if this is being discussed already. It is a theory worth mulling over. I wonder if there are any other access points around the lake? Any private property with lake access?

I believe they are wanting video from the ATM at First Security State Bank which is super close to the Collins home. It is practically parallel to where the girls were riding the bikes on the other video. I really think it is just to get additional video of the girls - maybe better quality to see if they can tell what they were wearing and if anyone else is seen on the video following them.

I just noticed this. MCM stated in the JVM interview I mentioned above that it was the Greenbriar subdivision the girls were late getting back the week before. Guess who lives in that subdivision in Waterloo? JW

Because I am old enough to know several people who have defibrillator's. I would have to say that the square that you see on Heather's chest or shoulder is a defibrillator a pace maker is not visible ( not to say she does not have one)

Chances are she is on a blood thinner and needs to be closely monitored by her cardio doctor that may explain her appointment. Generally that does not take long just a few minutes to either get a finger stick or a blood draw at a lab.. JMO

I'm not saying that Heather's is, but there are pacer/defibrillator combos. These days after a cardiac arrest the patient most of the time gets a pacer/defibrillator.

I hope that people who work for the tv station and who were present during the video taping will be able to help. Someone must have remembered something they thought was suspicious and tipped LE. How else would LE know that the outtakes would be important ? Someone had to spend some time editing the interview. I hope that person has no credibility problems and is willing to tell LE what got clipped out!

And in this day and age of all data is digital, I am not sure I believe that the 'edits' don't still exist somewhere...

I think the garage that a certain someone is standing in front of in his FB profile pix looks like the same garage at the house on S. Evans Rd. I found a photograph of the home and the garage at the realtors site and it matches the garage that he is standing in front of. Yes, I know... a garage is a garage, but the colors are the same, the trim is the same, it looks like the same garage to me. MOO.
