In the first picture, his brows are groomed, darker then his hair, and his lips are plump. Many females would love to have those lips. Makes me wonder if he was 'selected' for this look.

I just can't from my phone for some reason tonight...they do it on that show CatFish all the time to help people in alleged online relationships to uncover the truth. Fascinating stuff. I dunno about the Matrix- but big brother is watching ; )

I think it was the one in which some posters feel you can see a bit of a child's hair, with a ponytail holder.

I just saved somebody's tapatalk uploaded image off the thread to my desktop and went from there.

If they got the pics from someone's camera, phone, or computer, likely they would be time-stamped, I guess.

I noticed the "this person" thing, too. May just be how they do things but then, too, there's been discussion on WS about whether this is a male or female, so maybe the investigators are not sure either.

Also -- maybe they do know the gender but don't want to specify -- in case the person may be/have been disguised as the other gender when seen -- they wouldn't want anyone to rule out a possibility because it was "the wrong gender".

ETA: At the site linked below, he is identified as "a young man" and even as "between 15 and 20 years old" -- but I am not sure if whoever wrote the info there made some assumptions or if they were able to get a little more info directly from ICE/HSI.

I noticed that too. On one of the ICE info sheets, they call him "John Doe". That was the only reference to sex that I saw.

IMO they are looking for this boy because they are trying to find the little girl. I think that we are seeing just a small glimpse of a photo that reveals a little girl being victimized. If he is a minor, he may be a victim as well or he could be a young adult (18 or 19) and be the perpetrator. I absolutely feel that the confidentiality they are trying to protect is that of the little girl.

I agree. The urgency with which ICE is promoting this (front page of their website) leads me to think there's a child in a dangerous situation and they are trying to identify him/her. I think the young man is not the person at risk but someone who can identify the child.

It's always the BF. They know who the BF is in your case. They just have to nail him.

The ICE thing is something different, IMO.

The sweatshirt could also say Armani. I searched the hoodies and couldn't find one exactly like it, but some similar. It's awful white though.... so I think it's new.

The boy appears to have a mixed Asian look to me. The little girl's hair also looks to be of mixed decent. Probably white /black or Hispanic /black.

A few years ago churches where I live were into this topic. Seems like they have slacked off here for some reason.

I was really impressed because they were focusing on men to educate.

Prostitution is not a victimless crime. Stripping is not something to chuckle about and support. is not victimless.

Women participate as pimps for sure , and they can be abusers as well.

What I find really interesting is that a lot of these child internet places are busted in Europe. Places like the Netherlands.

People like to say it is America's problems with repressing sex.

Hm. Not quite so, I feel if you look to see what countries are busted.

It is astounding how much child is out there.

I CANNOT understand where that cones from. We should be investing millions to figure out why people are into that and how to stop it. It is ludicrous that we have this issue.

Hey Everybody - please read this. We are on shaky ground here. It appears that the photos ICE has posted are of a minor. This could be a victim and we want to be especially careful here.

Please DO NOT repost the pictures. Rely on ICE's link. I know this slows things down and makes it a bit more difficult - but if the person is a victim, we do NOT want to add to any pain they may be suffering under. If it turns out that the unidentified person is a perp, we can change our stance on this but until then, please do the best you can while protecting all identities.

This goes for any other minors you come across in your sleuthing. We want to help, but we also want to do everything we can to protect the innocent.

Use initials where you can and provide the links. Don't post pictures. If the info goes down at ICE because of an identification or something, please alert right away so we can review the situation.

This will be a challenge, guys - but I know you can do it! Let me know if you have any questions and thank you all so much for giving your time and energy to help.
