Louisma’s version of events

During police interviews, Louisma described a night that began with seemingly innocent plans but spiraled into violence and ultimately tragedy. According to Louisma, he was initially out on a casual drive with Hoffman and Van Patten. He said things took a turn when Hoffman mentioned buying Louisma expensive gifts.

“She was telling me that she gave me some clothes, and if I want, she can order me a new PlayStation 5,” Louisma said. He claimed the dynamic changed when Van Patten, riding in his car, said, “Damn, you must have a lot of money to be spending on him like that.” Louisma said he replied, “Yes, because she loved me.” At the time and presently, Louisma is in a relationship with another woman, who he said is pregnant with his child.
