--Killer will attempt suicide when he feels the police are closing in, but will botch the job.
--KIller will claim 'voices in his head' told him to kill, or claim to be possessed by demons.
--Killer will be an online RPG game player, probably "World of Warcraft."
--Killer likes to wear all black, or black and cami type clothes.

I agree on almost every point. Audrina is skeptical. Here's my point by point reasoning:
1. It's a college town most of the local population is that age group
2. Given the location of the CS near a dead end street, it would be an odd choice for a random killing
3. Time frame is more narrow than I would set but an especially humiliating trigger event would force the perp to abandon his fear of consequences

5. Even with a trigger event, a person doesn't go from a normal life to killing 4 people, this was likely a continuance of a downward spiral
6. I don't think the killer drives right up to this scene, again near a dead end road. It would be too risky to make the escape. It is more likely someone on foot or a bicycle.
7. This could go either way
8. Mental illness, yes. I don't think it it necessarily means anything with auditory hallucinations
9. RPG yes, but probably more Assasins Creed than WoW
10. Obviously for concealment, but probably fancies himself a skilled mercenary or self-taught military expert, such delusions give him the confidence to carry out the crime. It is a part of his identity.
