When I click into Kleins FB page I can see the comment immediately. It's in response to the January 18th "Today Mr Klein granted an interview" post and if you order the replies by "top comments" (as mine is defaulted to) it's the first one replying to JA, about 6 hours ago.

Well! This is something new. Klein says physical evidence has been discovered. (see post 89 above).
Perhaps the 'don't lie to the FBI' warning is because someone originally told the FBI a story that is different than what they are now saying and that person is worried about the consequences of lying to the FBI? OR
Someone told Klein something that they are now denying to the FBI?
This makes little sense as from what I have ascertained, the FBI was only offering analysis of statements and behavior. Did the FBI actually interview anyone? Why is anyone talking, especially Klein, about a federal GJ? Is Timber Creek federal land? If so, then the feds should be in charge of the investigation, right? Like Vince Foster's death on federal property?

We have not heard his story yet. We need to hear his story." Now it more makes sense why he was almost rabid, chopping at the bit to find out what IR said to LE.

Thank you OSpyder. I finally got to the right place and I saw it. I thought it was in the article with the 14 Q&A's. No wonder I didn't see it. I don't DO Facebook. I shows that was posted five hours ago. Is that correct?
Kind of odd coming from one allegedly working so closely with LE. He thinks IR has recently been cooperating with LE. He "believes" he has. He doesn't sound too sure. IMO

It wasn't a ranger; it was a person doing seasonal work for the Forest Service at another campground.
I noticed that last night. However, a few days ago when answering a question when someone asked if he had physical evidence he said he wouldn't comment. But then immediately offered, in one of his post-answers . . . . But we have forensic evidence. LOL
I'm not certain (IIRC) SB said that his work there was seasonal (or not). I think that was speculation by some posters. IMO
But, it's Klein saying HIS "witness" came forward with previously withheld info and he hasn't spoken to IR. I don't think LE said that.

I'm not saying I don't believe LE has leads. I haven't seen the News Release and everything else in that article seems to have come from Klein. All I'm saying is I KNOW (because I read his transcript) that's what Klein has said . . . . That HIS "witness" has come forward (to him) with previously withheld information. I haven't seen anything from LE saying the same thing. Not saying they haven't said the same thing . . . . Just that I haven't seen it. As so often happens, there's misreporting. A reporter puts two and two together, comes up with what he/she believes to be their correct answer (not four) and posts incorrect information.
ETA: it would seem odd if Klein's witness who came forward with previously withheld information (who can't be IR because they haven't spoken) and LE also had a witness come forward with MORE previously withheld information which seems to BE IR. Is that what's called a coincidence?

I just found that and was coming to post it. See, Penner didn't say the previously withheld information THEY have is from a "witness" and I don't think we can make the assumption that it is.

ETA: When you said in your other post that IR was probably spilling the beans and may even be playing Let's Make A Deal, that probably isn't the case. IMO
You are free to make your own assumptions. I do believe it is very possible IR may make a deal if for nothing else then he withheld information if Klein was correct IR has been recently speaking with LE and if he was the witness Sat. night.
