She would have seen the evidence against her before the trial. It was part of the discovery.

That doesn't mean it can't reach a point where the reality hits her. In the beginning, I did not want a plea deal but given some of the rulings coupled with CD case case being severed, I would welcome it now.

JA seemed that he really wanted a deal. I'm curious what party/parties were unwilling? LV? State? Both?

I'm expecting she's faking a mental health crisis

If the reality didn't hit her in three years, there's little hope.

Did something upset the goddess at lunch? According to all accounts she seemed fine before.

And, if so she continues to keep torturing all the victims' loved ones :(

Cruel.

Wants to waive her right to be present for trial.

Lori needs to stay there, what she is experiencing is what her living victims are. I hope she sees those images every night, I hope they haunt her.

Ms. Vallow-Daybell isn't used to having to face up to what she's done.

IMO

God I hope they force her to stay. She didn't have a problem standing on a beach getting married while her kids were buried in some idiot's backyard.

Kay and Larry will be livid if she gets to leave. I hope she has to stay.

How often does it happen in court that a defendant is excused because they don't feel like hearing the case against them?
