Before today I would not bet on it at all. But after today, unless it was all an act, I do not think she has mental capacity to survive cross examination.

Today's acting out by LVD imo was not "acting" at all, but instead was what happens when a self-consumed person is told "no" and forced to be part of something that doesn't cater to their ego. Life is about their ego being petted, doncha know? So when people are too stupid to get how great they are, and give them what they want, they pout, they show disdain, they retreat into their own world, while they tell themself internally what a rotten bunch of losers they are surrounded by.

But ...

Don't underestimate LVD's capacity to adapt somehow, and self-delude to create a narrative in her mind that produces homage to herself. That's what narcissists do. I'm expecting something different ahead, and likely as soon as tomorrow.

How do y’all feel about Prior attending Lori’s trial? I have my reservations.

Remember…CD didn’t want a speedy trial, and Prior said he needed the time to go through the voluminous discovery sent to him….but guess he has time to spend in this long trial figuring out what is in store for his client.

Wonder what Boyce feels about that.

I feel like Pryor is there to see how strong of a case they have and possibly how to better argue. He can then offer his opinion to Chad whether to take plea or not. Chad still has the DP on the table and I cannot imagine him wanting to go by firing squad.

There were lots of trails to follow including cell phone and that takes time. They had so many different people involved in this it was incredible and then right in the middle of it all the suspect died. I still do not believe that was natural. Way too convenient for Lori and Chad.

I kinda doubt the kids pix were as rough on her as the average juror, either. She probably thinks the kids were zombies and are out of (non-existent for LDS, I'm told) limbo now. Plus, she will see them in the afterlife.

I think she just feels like there were too many "dark" people around her and not enough light. It freaked her out. Her nightmares are probably narrated in Louisiana accents. While the rest of us have nightmares about her victims.

Maybe Chad should send his kiddults to support her. JK.

I feel the same about Tylee. When the Prosecutor said that when Charles died, Lori didn't have help with and got rid of JJ, the Prosecutor should have said that about Tylee. Tylee was the mother in that relationship. Imo.
