This is a great week for justice! I have been loosely following this case, as I was very involved in Gannon's case. After justice was served for him I was able to place more focus here and I'm so glad to be able to see another monster go down this week. God bless these prosecutors! Can't wait to hear "GUILTY"!

Alex wasn’t a good killer...I think Lori killed JR with the help of Alex. She saw someone take his last breaths, as she told Audrey. SHE is the serial killer.

Interesting points, esp. LVD as an accomplice in the death of JR. Certainly possible. If true, I hope that the evil duo didn't rope Tylee in as a cut out.

It has to be more than two days after verdict, according to Idaho Criminal Rules I linked the other day

I'm wondering which witness could have testified but didn't because the Church advised them not to. Several Chad's followers testified, including some regular churchgoers from Rexburg.

Specifically, I think about the bishop who warned LVD that CV was going to serve her divorce papers, CD's bishop who would have worked closely with him as ward clerk and would have been one of the first to talk to him after TD's death, and the neighbors who claimed to see bonfires and hear gunshots at the Daybell property. I believe LVD's Rexburg landlord was also on some preliminary list yet didn't end up testifying.
