How does this organization feel about Chad Daybell’s culpability? This statements makes it seems they put it all on LVD.
…if you read the comment section, they don’t .

I tend to agree with you. Gilbert and Chandler LE will be on trial as well.

But I am really really interested in Brandon's case. Someone got away with attempted murder, and boy oh boy do I hope LE has a lot more information than we do to get justice in that one.
Brandon's case.... ?

I'm curious how everyone feels about this. I was shocked when the defense rested. Does anyone think this could rise to the level of ineffective assistance of counsel?
I'd rather there were no grounds for appeal. I REALLY want this verdict to stand!!
I personally believe it is noted many times in their documents that she refused to let them throw CD under the bus multiple times limiting their effectiveness. I also liked how the judge made her state on the record that she made the decision to not testify and to rest. She will still appeal and appeal I am sure.

It is interesting to view the website. Absolutely no mention of CD on the website.

Aloha all! I joined WS when this case 1st came up and I haven't commented much but I live on the island they lived and stayed on I couldn't even stomach knowing they were here but I've been waiting for this moment along with all of you and the family of JJ and Tylee ever since I put up flyers and signs all over Princeville and in front the condo they stayed in when I found out they were right here in my backyard, I have been waiting ever since to log back in, tears, guilty to the 144th degree, thank you, thank you Lord!!!
So glad you continued to follow.

@Portiz34 I thank you for keeping the pressure on CD and LVD, and keeping the focus on the victims.

Sounds like the defense did throw Chad under the bus, regardless of what Lori may have said to them. So the prosecution claims Lori manipulated Chad so I wonder what they will say in Chad's trial? That Lori manipulated him? Manipulated or not he did what he did.

The prosecution's closing arguments claimed that Lori Vallow "groomed" and "manipulated" Chad Daybell into helping her murder her children in order to steal Social Security and life insurance money.

The defense, meanwhile, blamed Chad Daybell and said, "One year after meeting Chad, four people are dead."

Honestly, after Casey Anthony I had my doubts how the jury would respond..

Maybe Mark Means will pick up her cause.

Sentencing. Three months? Well, I don't think it will be a surprise. LWOP. She could have additional time added, but it really won't make much of a difference. She ain't gonna go anywhere. I doubt AZ will spend the money to drag her to AZ for Charles Vallow's death.
Sadly this is probably true. What resonates in my mind from this case and some of the early on-scene police videos, was her slain husband Charles as I recall, pleading with officers to take him seriously on the antics of his estranged (now convicted) wife. And that was at the residence I think where he was shot some days or weeks later.

And it seems to me, that those arriving officers were more interested in talking with the now convicted murderer. Chatting with her and the like. That was an injustice it seems IMO as well. And very well might have contributed to others later being slain. MOO

This is all true, but Charles did himself no favors when he got back with her and dropped the divorce proceedings. His fatal mistake.

Thankfully 12 jurors got it right! The DARK clouds are gone and the STORM has passed. Hopefully the families can start their healing... Kay and Larry are rockstars and I pray Larry stays well. :):)

Now, bring on "Chud" as Kay calls him.

So does Arizona have the death penalty?

And do they have an insanity plea?

ETA:
Arizona has informed Idaho they are going to extradite her!

Yes, AZ does have the death penalty

And yes, they do have a "guilty but insane" plea, but I think it'd be very difficult for her to prove.
"Conditions that do not constitute legal insanity include momentary, temporary conditions arising from the pressure of the circumstances, moral decadence, depravity or passion growing out of anger, jealousy, revenge, hatred or other motives in a person who does not suffer from a mental disease or defect or an abnormality that is manifested only by criminal conduct."
