Now that we know that LVD has been indicted on conspiracy to murder BB, is it even plausible that MBP was not also part of the conspiracy? I really hope they indict her soon so we can sleuth her.
good question!

They were collectively banking on BB life insurance for the cult.
There has to be a paper trail of her , Lori and Alex.

Alex didn't appear to know how to hide his activities and texts.

Am confident MP is a very worried woman......

i know you posted this a whole day and half ago (ha), but I agree. Many of us go for braids at night to get those curls!
At night- not for a mug shot to look cutesy.

Taking the back seat & spare tire out of the jeep & them putting it in her storage (on camera) ahead of time, burner phone communication(both LVD & CD) with Alex as he drove to kill Brandon.
Equals =premeditation & conspiracy to commit murder IMO.

Edited to add: and Lori & Chad CLEARLY seem happy planning a murder imo
So why have they not charged Chad?

Is it for sure that they haven't?

They only released Lori's indictment after her Idaho trial, perhaps at request of the prosecutors to keep pre-trial publicity down, so maybe they're doing the same with Chad?

I was just thinking...

1) JP was at the LVD trial with a front row seat many, many times. How can he have so much time on his hands? Is CD his only case? If CD ran out of money and equity in his house, is JP billing the state and would his time spent at the LVD case be billable?

2) Can anyone even imagine if Mark Means was still LVD's lawyer defending her at her trial? Wow!!!! What a screwed up mess that would have been.
MM now thinks that Lori was inadequately represented (although her attorneys were very qualified for the job), while it might have been Lori's own decision not to throw Chad under the bus (for the majority of the trial) or argue mental health issues as mitigation.

Still can't believe MBP hasn't been indicted as a co-conspirator ....
She also had multiple phones. Unlike the others, she probably remained incommunicado on the day of the attack on BB. At that point they didn't need her help any more. At first it was suspected that she was in the Jeep with Alex, but it was later found that he was alone.

IMO MBP is more cunning than we think. Apparently she was great at manipulating people on her own (but maybe not the public in her interviews).

Maybe now we'll get to see text messages between Lori, MP and AC.

I think we have the answer. Chad the instigator is getting away with it in two cases.

Lori was charged on 2/24/22. This article is from a week later:

"Hernandez revealed that the deliberations took two days because he was the only juror holding out on one of the murder charges."

Must be the same guy that Nate Eaton interviewed, because that person also mentioned being unsure about guilt in Tylee's case.
