Thus woman made me wish the firing squad death penalty was more wide spread. I think the family should have the choice to be a member. This woman is awful.

Handy little countdown clock! (which, I hope, is in the correct time zone)

Sentencing!

Do we have confirmation who will be giving a victim impact statement in person, apart from Kay W? Anyone on Tylee's behalf? Annie C was denied representation. I wish Colby would speak for his siblings. Summer S reportedly sent in a statement, but won't attend.

This says “expected” to speak, so not sure if we can 100% count on hearing from all of them or not. JMO

During Vallow’s sentencing, four people are expected to give victim impact statements, or statements about how the crimes affected their family and their lives. Those who wanted to give impact statements at the sentencing had to submit a request – under Idaho law, the only people allowed to give victim impact statements during a sentencing have to be immediate family members of the murder victim(s).

Vallow’s only surviving child, 27-year-old Colby Ryan, is expected to speak along with Summer Shiflet, who is Vallow’s sister.

Kay Woodcock, the grandmother of JJ Vallow, is also expected to give a statement in court.

Vallow was also convicted of conspiring to murder her husband Chad Daybell’s wife at the time, Tammy Daybell. Her aunt, Vicki Hoban, will likely give a victim impact statement at the time of sentencing.

I believe she said in an interview that she is going to be in the courtroom as well as Samantha. I don't know if the interview is against TOS so I won't post the link, but google is a good BFF. ;)
I was going by what Judge Boyce said during the hearing. It’ll be interesting to see how it plays out on Monday. I know we’ll all be tuned to Boyce’s YouTube channel.

As the sentencing approaches, I can’t stop thinking about LVD’s statement “It doesn’t count for me” and how she told others that they would not be judged or accountable for their actions to help in her mission because they were only on loan to this world anyway.

I think that LVD had totally convinced herself of these things and wonder what she is thinking now as she waits in jail to hear her sentence on Monday...2020 did not usher in the return of Jesus. July 2020 did not bring an earthquake in the Salt Lake City area to shift everyone’s focus. She wasn’t able to use a portal to escape being arrested or tried or convicted. What must she be thinking now?

How in her twisted mind is she still convincing herself that it doesn’t count for her or that she is special or chosen to lead the 144,000 or anything else in her reprobate mind and teachings?

Makes me want to go the sentencing wearing a t-shirt that says
It DOES count for you LVD

I think Lori might believe (through Chad's influence) that the apocalypse has simply been postponed for a few years and that she is going to walk out of prison sooner rather than later, regardless of her sentence.

Yep, you're likely correct about this. And, as frustrating as it is to consider... none of the victim impact statements will incite her to feel any guilt nor remorse. One day (even if it's not sentencing day) I do hope her silly Goddess shell is broken.

A new, temporary memorial fence, consisting of multiple banners, has been put up opposite of Chad's back yard.

Do you think it might be broken if CD throws her under the bus at his trial and says it was all her and AC like many think he will? (Not saying I think that defense would get him off but it seems to be the only possible avenue for his defense team to try.)
