That has been my thought too. Lori was involved because she wouldn’t allow anyone to deter her plans. She wanted to make sure they were dead and buried. She had no feelings for those two children. Even MG said Lori thought of TR as a zombie from the age of 13. And we know she wanted JJ for that million dollar life insurance policy from CV.

At this point, if I had to choose, I would prefer that she would get 150+ years like Frazee did. Chad should get the same though.

She was not going to leave the murder of those children up to Alex to mess up. I believe she and Chad committed all four murders.

I agree – LVD is stubborn and determined to get what she wants. She may have been the one to drive to CD’s after TD left for work just to make sure it was done. IMO

Totally agree with you! They were in it together – a conspiracy for sure, and we’ll probably never know which one was more to blame. Both deserve the same sentence in my opinion.

The shouting “fight” the neighbor heard and saw between AlC and LVD was when she was living with him during the time she had left CV, so it was prior to the attempt on BB. MOO

It sounds like Alex had JJ quite a bit. At least after Tylee wasn't around to babysit. If Lori considered Alex her protector and had groomed him, all she would have to do is feed him info about JJ turning into a zombie and causing her pain and strife and holding her back from her mission and I think Alex would put 2 and 2 together and do what Lori wanted him to do without her having to outright give the order. Why it happened that night I don't know. MOO.

It's a decently sized property (drove by on my way home from Yellowstone last week to see the memorials). Totally possible that Chad was out there shooting and burying the raccoon, and that he didn't see Alex burning and burying Tylee on the other side of the pet cemetery on the SAME morning, since it was so big at 20 x 20 feet. Totally possible. Seriously, though, I feel like Prior trying to create doubt about that dang raccoon, and I remember Chad's son saying that his dad DID bury one, but last summer, before all this went down. If they can uncover the actual, earlier raccoon, I can see Prior trying to claim it was the one from Sept 9. But how on earth do you get a jury to believe that even IF Alex and Lori did this all on their own, that Chad had zero knowledge about it after 2 separate burials? Even if he was scared for his life, why didn't he come clean after Alex was out of the picture, and Lori was behind bars? Total crap, all of it. Prior has zero chance, IMO.

suppose chad was telling the truth about shooting a racoon and burying it that day. What difference does it make. The kids are buried in his yard.
Im also curious about where the wood came from and if any DNA evidence has been recovered

This is JMO, but it didn't look like Tylee had any support in that courtroom. Sure, the prosecutors, but no family. I know KW & LW weren't her direct relatives, but I almost wish they could have had a button/badge with her pic, too. It really made me sad. Those poor children!

I hope it's just a matter of logistics that her family could only attend one and they are choosing Lori's.

I'm sure it could probably be estalblished that each time his phone traveled from his appartment to Chad's place. IMO Alex was in Idaho primarily to do the dirty work for Lori and Chad.

Here is what has been troubling me about this... We know he did shoot something because neighbors heard it, so what was it?

Hate to speculate on this, but am remembering the fact brought up yesterday here on the board about the movement a body will make when being burned, due to the contracting of muscle. I have wondered if whoever was doing the burning saw that and thought the body was coming back to life due to zombism, so shot her ritualistically.

That's exactly my point. The defense can't point the finger at Alex without implicating LV & CD unless they come up with some sort of plausible motive he'd have that doesn't involve either of them.

I thought I heard the FBI clearly state there are 4 areas burial site 1 & 2 (B1, B2), Fire Pit (FP) and Pet Cemetery (PC).
When Prior asked about the ash it was in reference to the "Pet Cemetery", however this where I think he was attempting to confuse the court. Prior was trying to establish the PC was 10x20. The 10x10 PC identified by the FBI is adjacent to B2. Whether the location of Tylees body was in Priors definition of the Pet Cemetery should be irrelevant. When the FBA Agent answered this question about ash - he said it wasn't found in the PC (I assume as he defines it, the 10x10 area). So Prior didn't ask if there was ash found in burial site 2. Not sure what he was trying to do here.....just confuse?

I think he was trying to point out differences in the burials of the children as opposed to the burials in the pet cemetery that Chad admits to. Same as the question about the depth of burials from yesterday. This isn't the way Chad does things. IMO

I missed this testimony while running errands. Was that "green bucket" intact, or was it melted plastic? (I ask because that rectangular storage tote that can be seen in the back of AxC's truck on surveillance video when he visited Self Storage Plus had a green lid.)

Yes, but we do not know who had possession of Alex's phone at that time? It was mentioned by RW during the hearing that it was "Alex's device" that pinged at CD's house and in his backyard. It also pinged in LV's apartment. Was it Alex or Lori with Alex's phone at Chad's? This crazy case has taken so many twists and turns that it wouldn't surprise me if Alex let Lori borrow his phone just like they switched units with each other. MOO!

If it was melted or partially melted, it would have been identifiable by a handle, if not what was left of its shape.

Yes, I remember hearing CD's cellphone number stated today. I agree that his ping data was not necessary for probable cause, but they would have obtained all of his ping data, too. JMO

I thought it might be possible that they do not have Chad's cell phone data back from the FBI yet, since it took 2 months to get Tammy's back. They would not have confiscated Chad's phone until his arrest, right?
