Am I correct that all these motions/hearing on 12\2 re for Chad Day elk. They have nothing to do with LV unless they separate the two cases. Is that correct? We may hear about LV sometime in the distant future at a different hearing.

That's the way I understand it - all about Chad....

Yes, Niner it is all about Chad. I still don’t get why he does not divorce her. I think she would turn on him in a ‘heart beat’. His trial goes first, he will blame her. I think he could gain some sympathy and get a lighter sentence, maybe life and not the DP. LV can testify against him if she wants to at her trial unless she goes to trail with him, then they will watch to see what each other does.

I cannot see them both remaining silent. She won’t. JMOO. She will want her own way. I wish this would go to trial the delays are ridiculous.

Now Prior wants a new prosecutor….well, that means at least a years delay, but they already have a special prosecutor or two…then Prior will want more and more and more. Oh wait, I forgot then Means will want more and more and more….oh wait, what about Archibald, he will want more …. Then it will be into the next decade before they ever go to court. JMOO. This is a circus. Moo

I think if they do hold separate trials they will each blame the other. It's better for the prosecution to put them on trial together, imo.

I understand your impatience. But remember they are in custody. There isn't any reason to rush. They are no threat to anyone where they are at.

And every day in custody is, for them, another day in which they will not have to face justice in this case. Chad has waived his right to a speedy trial. I think that is his legal team’s plan — ride it out as long as possible. He must be relatively more comfortable in the county clink than he would be in the state pen once he is convicted. They may even think riding it out will give Lori more and more chances to destroy any credibility she may have. This is really the most insane case I have ever followed.

I think both are insane in the sense of how evil they are. But both knew exactly what the were doing and proceeded to selfishly kill for their own lusts of money, sex and power. As long as they are in jail they are paying. Think about it. No more days in Hawaii. No more selling books and pretending to be a god and goddess. No more sex. Just dread of waking up every day. They will face justice at some point.

I can see this saga turning into a blockbuster for decades - the movies, the TV shows, the books, more movies, more TV shows, more books, ad infinitum. Did I mention the stage show, and the musical? Chad and Lori will have more fame and notoriety than they could ever have dreamed of - so I hope their punishment is more than sufficient to outweigh their "fame".

Any ideas about how we can keep Tylee & JJ (and Tammy and Charles and Kay and on and on) in the forefront, so keep the taint on Lori & Chad's fame???

Do you know when they both visit if they ride together in the same car? It’s hard for me to imagine JA is on board w/MM’s antics and being cooped up in an automobile together might be painful.

When the court appointed JA, did he become lead attorney, is Means in charge or is there no hierarchy between LV’s lawyers? IANAL but I imagine if I were JA one of my first priorities would be to get MM off rhe case and as far away from LV as possible.

Isn't JA practicing in Idaho Falls? Not far. MM is 4+ hours away

Usually when I see JA, he’s in his own vehicle.
