Justin Lum, Fox 10 reporter, Phoenix, has posted on his account on a social website the subpoena for President Dalling of LDS church. I am not sure if we can post from ?ace?ook….here…..so I copied and pasted and will report it.

anyway, MM again wants all records, calls, written papers and anything about Chad Daybells info being kicked out of the church.

Means seems pretty excited about squashing Chad being excommunicated. On the surface that looks like Lori is not going to turn on Chad so Means wants Chad to be more credible in front of a jury because he is an upstanding member of his church.

Means must be prepared for some defense other than Chad had any responsibility. What does Means gain in defense of Lori in trying to prove Chad and the LDS church are still ok with each other?

also surprising that apparently he may have come close to killing her.

Did they stop to consider Alex marrying ZP might be dangerous? If he believed he was doing something 'good' and she believed too, why didn't he tell her?

Like alliecat44 says I have had suspicions about ZP for a long time but after seeing her interviewed for 5 minutes I think she was probably innocuous. The things I don't get are 1) why did she think Alex might kill her? What did she do to even make the radar of Chad and Lori and Alex? 2) why did she agree to marry Alex if she thought Alex might kill her? Or did her thought that Alex might kill her come after they were married? 3) Repeating Tortoise's point, why would Chad and Lori tell Alex and ZP to get married? It was obviously not a decision made by Alex or Zulema. What is the motivation for Chad and/or Lori for Alex and ZP to be married?

Once you’re able to watch the Dateline episode, you’ll hear the story about Alex giving her a massage and then taking a phone call from Lori…she thought she was drugged and what she overheard from the phone call made it sound like Alex had been planning to kill her but it was called off. This was after the wedding I believe.

November 24th 2019, Sunday, 5:15pm - (2 days before the attempted welfare check for JJ requested by KW; Lori and Chad are married by this date and were seen at the storage unit earlier this day; 5 days before Alex married ZP) :

Chad gave Alex a Patriarchal Blessing in which he says his mission will now expand, he was selected to protect his sister, he is a God, "you have already assisted us in ways that can never be repaid, but you will continue to do so as you move forward in this life", "I want you to know that the Savior is saying to you at this time "Well done. Thy soul is cleansed, and all is well.", through marriage he will be united with a partner who will match his powers and compliment his strengths, "you will know when it is time to move to the other side of the veil"

Oh, we remove rambling? I was considering changing my handle to “Rambling Ruminations.”

One possible motive: Move blame from the coven of murderers to the LDS church (along the lines you posited, that Means foresees a “together” defense,)


Or: Gather information about alleged apostasy to show Chad’s influence on Lori. (It is about splitting and blaming co-defendant, if true.)

Maybe Zulema knew to much as time went on, maybe she talked freely without thinking and revealed bits of info without realizing it (?) which they heard, or maybe the did not want to find another spouse for her once Alex was gone? Didn’t all the chosen ones have to be married?! Maybe they just wanted to murder again. She was darn lucky. Imo

In a text message sent to Alex Cox from Zulema Pastenes on 9-2-2019 when in a conversation about Tylee Ryan being dark, Zulema said "I think you guys will be led to deal with the dark one when it`s time." Tylee is believed to have been killed a few days later. You can read the message exchange below. All of this comes from a newly released Gilbert Arizona Police Report.

#DAYBELL As I have read the Gilbert Police documents, vehicles known to be driven by Alex Cox and Lori Vallow Daybell had blood and DNA. When tested in January 2020 they did not know who it belonged to.
