She is the daughter of Stacey, Lori and Alex's deceased sister.

Bringing forward a post I made last week with every SM account I could find for Tylee

The inactive accounts could very well be because those aren’t social media that teens are using as frequently these days. I just had my (17yo) daughter check TikTok... she says there IS an account that comes up when one searches for the name Tylee Ryan, but it’s private.

One other thought - all these social media IDs are pretty much just based on her name... has anyone seen any that aren’t, that might lead to secondary accounts? It’d actually be sorta unusual for her not to have more at least somewhere... and that’s a lot more plausible than all her social media going dark.

Not much else in Rexburg that would interest someone like Lori: She has lived in CA, (TX??), AZ, and HI. She could have moved anywhere, but why there?

I agree that Chad appears to be the most likely reason she is there. But it's possible that she might know someone else from the end times/prepper community that could have convinced or inspired her to choose Rexburg. I'm betting there are others there. I wonder why Chad chose Rexburg as the place to have his dream or vision telling him to move there as well.

Valentina is the face on the cover of Chad's book, "Chasing Paradise." It took her by surprise when earlier this year her family saw Valentina's picture in the bookstore.

"September was the last time that we got a response from him at all," Valentina said.

She said he didn't reply to messages after that.

Devin pulled out his phone to look up the last text.

"He said, 'Thanks so much.' This was on Monday, September 23 of 2019," Devin said.

There has been talk of Chad's standing within the Mormon Church, but what about Lori's?

I read on WS that she was born Mormon and Tylee's FB from 2017 appears to have a Mormon temple as one of her profile pics.

I'm not LDS, so not familar, but 5 marriages would require all sorts of hoops, counseling and pleading to remain within communion in the Catholic Church.

There may be others who have more to add or who correct me, but as a rule, if the marriage was not a temple marriage then the church wouldn't be involved. Based on what we've seen (I think her first marriage was as an older teen, 16 or 17?) and those husbands we know about were not Mormons, it is doubtful that she ever got married in the temple. This behavior is not going to be seen as ideal, but it is also not going to be seen as a reason for excommunication. MOO

I forget the timing of the move. Were all the kids still at home when Tammy and Chad moved? I'm assuming some of them were at home and think someone (the guy from his ward?) said that the unmarried child was living at the house now and presumably the one now on a mission was prior to leaving.

While Uber is available in Rexburg, I'm guessing it is not widely used outside of college students. I'm not aware that we have ever even had a taxi service here before. I've not seen one in 30+ years here. And about the Rexburg airport, it is REALLY small. They would have to have known someone personally that keeps a small plane in a hangar there. Both of these things would be easy to investigate here by LE. And maybe they have been.

I think when they left, they used a private vehicle. One that one of them owns, or owned by one of Chad's children. I want to say that they are no longer in Rexburg, except for one thing, Sean Bartholick, a Rexburg attorney. If they fled, why would they call this guy? Maybe Chad knew him personally. I don't know. MOO.

Some random thoughts. Forgive me for not pulling quotes; I'm quite terrible at that. Also, these are just my thoughts about things we know.

Remember way back in the beginning of this crazy case, Lori was allegedly obsessed with Chad's books. (I read a lot, and I have Kindle. His are on the literary level of The Babysitter's Club.) She was a fangurrrl.

Ole Chad seems like he requires a lot of ego stroking. Dude thinks he's a prophet, can't get more egotistical than that.

Lori is like the Prom Queen compared to Chad. Plus she's bats&*t crazy. They're into riding off into the apocalypse. They had interacted on Podcasts that are public knowledge. Wonder what they got up to that wasn't recorded? I think they had at the very least, an emotional affair going. Likely physical, as well. I think it's possible Tammy was very alarmed by some of Chad's beliefs and perhaps things she may have found out re: Lori, so she had to go.

I really wonder if LE isn't handling this so delicately because it's just the tip of a much bigger iceberg.

We just learned so last night, but IMO this is just Lori and Chad poorly trying to create some sort of an alibi for themselves. The timeline LE and witnesses have from the past few months doesn't line up with the information they gave last night.

MOO, obviously, but I agree with all of your summary (other than taking your word on his books because I haven't read any of them). But I'm wondering what you think is under the tip of the iceberg that LE feels the need to be pussyfooting around.
