But I agree with the rest. Something significant went down the week of Sept 23rd and it kicked off a string of scary/unusual events. JJ and Tylee disappear. BB gets shot at. Chad tells Tammy to go visit her parents. Tammy encounters an armed masked man in her driveway. Suddenly Tylee's Venmo account starts sending money to her brother Colby. About the same time Melani texts BB and says she is moving to Boise. Tammy drops dead, is buried and Chad moves out the day after her memorial service. Meanwhile, Tylee's friend sent a text to Tylee the same day that Tammy was found dead and there was no reply until the day after Chad moved out of his Salem house. I guess someone was a little too busy to check Tylee's phone? I wonder where that phone pinged when the return text was sent? And all that is just what little we know about that happened in the month of October. Sometime soon after all this Chad and Lori got married. I think we are looking at the tip of the iceberg.

The Fremont School District announced that it has rescheduled North Fremont’s annual harvest to September 23, and it will continue through October 4. Originally it was slated to start September 30.

Is this significant? I remember JR mentioning that "all the kids would be home for potato harvest" when she spoke of her phone call with CD before TD died. approximately min 12:50 of the #006 youtube video. I listen so you don't have to.

23 September has significance but I don't know if it ties in with this case. I think someone here mentioned that that was Lori's sister's birthday.

How do we know that JJ didn't go to visit a grandma (possibly for an aunt and Tylee's birthday party? grasping at straws) The children were not where she claimed them to be in November. There is 2 months in between. And she said they were in Arizona but has it ever been said with who she was referring to?

You also said Lori would not trust her children with anyone but family. I know you are not VI but can you direct us to more of your imo's? I for one am very interested.

I am an insider. But rather not get too involved so to not compromise LE investigations. But when I read post that are to far off I like to steer things back on track. I am looking for answers myself.

No, it's just what happens in Idaho. The kids have time off to help with the harvest. Nothing out of the ordinary at all.

He turned seven, correct? In the LDS church, kids that die before the age of eight go straight to the highest heaven. I don't know if that played any part in Lori's thinking.

I was thinking this too, but I would think if Lori's family had contact with the kids, they would tell LE that...? It seems like the Cox family hasn't seen the kids, since they moved to Rexburg? MOO

The only thing I think that happened on (or the week of) 9/24 is AC took the kids somewhere in Tylee's Jeep (most likely, imo, to AZ). I have suggested several times that Lori had lied to the kids in the week or two leading up to the 24th (telling them they were going to be going back to AZ to visit a friend or their grandmother), hence that's what the neighbor (and his son) heard.

As I also mentioned in previous posts, I speculated AC could've either dropped them off somewhere in ID, UT (or even NV), or taken them all the way to AZ (either to a relative's, a friend's, to the desert, or even to a haz waste site he was familiar with). The kids wouldn't have been suspicious as long as they were still heading south and it was taking a long time. I suggested that perhaps LE could (or could have) checked phone, cc transaction, and video evidence from along the most likely route(s) south in order to confirm who was actually in the car (there's even a chance Lori went with them on the trip), and perhaps help locate the kids.

I think after the BB shooting, AC drove Tylee's Jeep back up to Rexburg, which is perhaps why it ended up there. I think he was driving north while AZ PD were trying to ID the vehicle on the BB shooting video. If, after arriving in Rexburg he became aware that the Jeep was hot, he might've then rented the Kia and used it to drive MB to UT (BB's parents farm) and then later to go with ZP to Vegas.

Once free of the children, some of those other things could have been done with less risk (incl the paintball incident).

Another possiblly related (admittedly wild) speculation, if AC was familiar with tasers, not only could a taser have been used to subdue kids if necessary, but it's also possible that the paintball gun was actually a taser (some are shaped like a thick/tall pistol and have yellow plastic or other colored markings which in the dark could make one look like a paintball gun). I could see someone missing with a taser (and a taser sounding like a misfire).

Lastly, I think Lori had been accessing/utilizing Tylee's Venmo account (whether actually using her phone, idk) to send funds to CR starting back in July or August (the last time Lori used her own acct for this purpose was in June). I think from the similar sounding messages and emoji's that accompanied the transfers, the same person (Lori) was likely doing all the sending.

As also suggested earlier (though I certainly don't know for sure) that the 11/27 ping "happening right now" was in the "general area" (of the search warrant) which to me indicates it could've been coming from any of the three town homes. I guessed Rexburg PD might've actually received the call the as they were getting ready to head over to Lori's town home, but just speculation.

Would this have included the school where Tammy worked as librarian? I'm not sure I understand what goes on during Harvest week-- does it mean the schools are closed or does it only mean that the students get unexcused absences if they need to work on the potato farm that week? If the schools were suddenly closed earlier than planned and Tammy was going to be at home then perhaps that messed up some of Lori and Chad's plans to see each other secretly? MOO.

ETA: Partially answering my own question. I found a list of Fremont Schools here: Schools
Tammy worked at Central Elementary in Sugar-Salem District so she didn't work at a Fremont School. JJ's school, Kennedy Elementary, is also not listed there. So the Fremont change would not have affected either of them. MOO.

I am trying to separate whatever is going on with Chad for a moment and all the groups' risks to rise to the top. I know it all connects but...

LE has stated from the beginning that this was not a custody case at the time that they started searching for the children. But AZ was investigating the death of Charles. They may have "closed" the case but if family and friends continue to persuade the department to pursue did Lori get wind of this? Maybe she was paranoid (along with some other issues) and needed them with family in case charges were filed. Just one of the theories that is rambling around in my mind. They can change hourly.

If it was in Madison school district, harvest started September 26th.

And in fact my interpretation is it wouldn't have included the part of Fremont County where Chad lived either, even though not really pertinent. North Fremont is a high school in Ashton, about 25-30 miles north of Rexburg. My interpretation is this is talking about that high school and possibly the schools that feed into it.

There is another high school (I think the only other one) in Fremont County, cleverly known as South Fremont. It is located in St. Anthony which is about 15 miles north of Rexburg.

There is also a Sugar City/Salem school district which includes the school where Tammy was the librarian. I'm not positive where the kids in the Daybell's neighborhood would go since they're considered in Salem, but also are in Fremont County, but I'm guessing the school district for Salem/Sugar City is partly Madison and partly Fremont county.
