Rexburg police served a search warrant on American Airlines travel records.

Police say in the documents it shows Vallow, and her new husband, Chad Daybell, flew from Los Angeles to Kauai on the airline on December 1, 2019.

They say there's no information to show the pair has come back to the mainland of the U.S. since then.

Documents also show the search warrant proves J.J. and Tylee weren't with Vallow when she flew to Kauai.

6. Search warrants in Hawaii
Several search warrants were served on Chad Daybell and Lori Vallow, their rental car, and the condo they were staying in on Kauai. Police outline in the documents, birth certificates for Tylee and J.J., two iPads, J.J.'s school registration receipts from Idaho, and Tylee's financial transaction card were all located.

Police also say Tylee's bank card has been used since the last sighting of Tylee.

While serving a search warrant on the condo, police say no items in the garage or house belonged to a child, and nothing was found in the condo that belonged to Tylee or J.J.

Police also note the condo has two rooms, and the second room "had no signs of being lived in or otherwise occupied."

Documents also say while surveillance was conducted on Vallow and Daybell, the children have not been seen with them on the island of Kauai.

Brandon Boudreaux and his attorney say Lori’s niece Melani + Alex Cox tried to kill him so they could cash in on his $1 million life insurance policy to help fund “the cult she is believed to be a part of.” Charles Vallow and Tammy Daybell also had life insurance policies.

Brandon Boudreaux feels as if he is the “spouse who got away” from a cult that includes Chad, Lori, and Melani. He wishes Charles Vallow and Tammy Daybell could have also survived, for the sake of the kids. Especially JJ and Tylee. Now he fears for the life of his own kids.

Brandon has been in hiding now for months, with custody of his children. Melani has attempted to find him and was arrested for trespassing/ domestic violence at his parents’ house in Utah. She at one point offered a $10,000 reward on her now-deleted Facebook account.

Court documents detail how Lori Vallow's niece may have information on missing children

FOX 10 obtained new documents with a connection to this case. Court documents allege Vallow's niece, Melani Pawlowski, formerly married to Brandon Boudreaux, may know much more about the disappearance of JJ and Tylee.

The documents stem from a child custody battle between the ex's, where Boudreaux alleges she may know the whereabouts of JJ and Tylee and won't cooperate with law enforcement.

Court documents say that say "Brandon believed Melani, his wife at the time, had a million dollars of reasons to have him killed ... hoping to cash in on the policy to help support the cult that she is believed to be a part of."

Boudreaux also states, "Melani's knowledge of the whereabouts of her aunt's two missing children and her unwillingness to cooperate with law enforcement is daunting and her current husband has told law enforcement that Melani says sometimes children are full of light and then just like that they go dark."

MORE DETAILS: Brandon Boudreaux claims "Melani's new husband has even provided statements to law enforcement that Melani told him shortly after their marriage that she conspired with her uncle to kill Brandon.Melani's new husband has even given up his own parenting time out of fear of what Melani may do or have done to his children," according to court documents.

We confirmed Melani Boudreaux married Ian Pawlowski on 11/30/19 at Lucky Little Chapel in Las Vegas.

Lori Vallow’s Neighbors Share Footage Showing Child Behaving Erratically Before Disappearance

Neighbors said [JJ] was often outside playing but they said they only saw Ryan on a few occasions. Neighbors said they also had few interactions with Lori Vallow, who they said kept to herself a lot. On one occasion neighbors said that Vallow told them her husband had recently died and she moved to Rexburg so her daughter could go to school.

Vallow’s charging documents also indicated she made a similar statement about Ryan to a friend.

“We have been informed that Lori told Melanie Gibb that T.R. was attending classes at BYU-Idaho,” detectives said. “However, a records check at BYU-I indicates that T.R. was never enrolled at BYU-Idaho or any other school affiliated with BYU.”

A picture, which a neighbor said was taken on Sept. 6, allegedly shows Ryan and JJ Vallow, who’s sitting on the ground wearing a blue shirt, and another child in front of the Rexburg townhouse where they lived. The neighbor said they took the picture because they thought it was uncommon that the children “dumped” a basket full of toys, consisting of mostly “stuffed plush types,” in a large puddle of water on the grass.

The neighbor provided the picture and a screenshot of the picture shared in a Sept. 6 text message.

Neighbors said the 7-year-old boy spent long periods of time outside without supervision. They also said they kept the video recording because they were concerned about his behavior, saying he seemed irritable and angered easily.

Neighbors said Vallow didn’t inform them about JJ Vallow being autistic and she told at least two neighbors he was her “niece’s drug baby,” after they confronted her about his behavior and lack of adult supervision when he played outside with other children.

Kay Vallow Woodcock, JJ Vallow’s biological grandmother, told KSL TV he was addicted to drugs when he was born. Woodcock said Vallow’s biological mother, who dated her son, used drugs during her pregnancy. Before his first birthday, Vallow was adopted by Woodcock’s brother, Charles Vallow, and his wife Lori Vallow.

Neighbors said in the video JJ Vallow yells out, “Get the hell out of here!” before running into his townhome with the little boy.

The video faintly captures the other boy’s reply, “don’t say that word, that’s a bad word.”

Once inside the townhouse, what appears to be a woman’s voice was heard saying, “don’t say that word. I mean it, don’t say that word.”

JJ Vallow was last seen in school six days later, on Sept. 23.

Governor Little wants justice for missing Rexburg kids

"That extradition hearing will come from Madison county, in Rexburg, come to our office, we will run it through our system, and then we will send it back and it will go to Hawaii for extradition, and I think that is where it is right now. I hope there is justice and I hope the children are found," said Governor Little.
