Lori's charges for child abandonment are from September 8th and 23rd. We can probably assume the 23rd is JJ. I'm wondering what they have from September 8th to prove Tylee's whereabouts on that day? And does this mean they have nothing substantial after that date?

Yep, and with her brother gone there is likely nobody more culpable to send down the river to make a dent in her sentence. If she keeps on believing the world is ending soon - she just needs to make bail and drag her feet. I would be shocked for her to say a word anytime soon. At least she will be a pariah wherever she goes now.

My best guess would be she hooks some poor shlub into making her bail and she tries to flee the country...particularly if she wakes up to the fact the world is not ending come July. I predict a runner!

Who would have thought that Alex was seeing the future when he sent that jailhouse letter to a friend with vague threats towards Joe at the suggestion that he (Joe) harmed Tylee....

A part of me thinks she might. She kinda can't help herself ... her police statement after Charles was shot was like a stream of conscientiousness and she always has a little something to say when reporters are aiming a camera at her.

I doubt she will talk, unless the kids are alive and she can prove that.

I would LIKE to think she was resisting the officers today just trying to pack her curling iron, but that charge goes back to a date of 9.8.2019 according to the Idaho records that were just posted. Here is the timeline as we know it for that time period:

3 Sept 2019 – Lori enrolled JJ in Kennedy Elementary School in Rexburg, ID (Fox 13 Salt Lake City).

Sept 2019 – Tylee was last seen sometime in Sept by a neighbor, SB, who helped Lori and AC move into 2 townhouses in the same complex. Lori, her children, her brother and a friend had all driven up from AZ. SB helped them move in a few weeks before school started. SB only met Tylee once and never saw her again. Lori told SB she moved there to attend college. (Fox 13 Salt Lake City).

11 Sept 2019 - Venmo in Tylee’s name sent money to her older brother CR with a heart.

What stands out is that the Criminal Solicitation to Commit a Crime Occurred on January 30th and that the Obstruction charge was for an event on September 8th, 2019.

From what I see, the 9/08 charge is a felony, is that wrong?

This is bizarre. Just went back to Lori's case on the Idaho site and dates of the offenses for the charges have changed.

They now read ... with the obstruction and criminal solicitation charges being 11/26/019 and the second charge of Desertion and non-support becoming September 8th. (Assuming Tylee)
