Those dates are telling. Yes, the 1.30.2020 date is interesting as is the Resisting on 9.8.19. Thanks for finding this.

jan. 30th is the day she didn’t show up for the court order, yes?

Very interesting dates. Wth happened on 9-8-19?
I think this was around the last date someone saw Tylee alive, a neighbor saw her.

This is bizarre. Just went back to Lori's case on the Idaho site and dates of the offenses for the charges have changed.

They now read ... with the obstruction and criminal solicitation charges being 11/26/019 and the second charge of Desertion and non-support becoming September 8th. (Assuming Tylee)

1 Desertion and Nonsupport of Dependent Child Under 18 YOAI18-401(1) Felony 09/23/2019
2 Desertion and Nonsupport of Dependent Child Under 18 YOAI18-401(1) Felony 09/08/2019
3 Arrests & Seizures-Resisting or Obstructing OfficersI18-705 Misdemeanor 11/26/2019
4 Criminal Solicitation to Commit a CrimeI18-2001 {M}Misdemeanor 11/26/2019
5 Contempt of Court-Criminal-Willful disobedience or court process or order18-1801(4) Misdemeanor 01/30/2020
And the Contempt charge is now 1/30/2020.

Either I am catching them while they are editing or they are reading here and saw the mistakes and corrected them.

I wonder if the criminal solicitation was to her son? And he turned on her for his siblings.

Per these dates, Lori didn't resist arrest in Hawaii. Resisting and obstructing charge is from Idaho, I presume when police there asked her where the children were and she send them on a wild goose chase.

The charges included two felony counts of desertion and nonsupport of dependent children, the Kauai Police Department announced. Vallow also faces charges of resisting or obstructing police officers, criminal solicitation to commit a crime and contempt of court, among others.

Lori Vallow, mother of missing Idaho kids, arrested in Hawaii on several charges

can someone with Law knowledge explain what “ criminal solicitation to commit a crime” means?
Does it mean she solicited someone to do her dirty work or?

If
I had to go look this up because I needed to know, figured someone else might need it too.

Bail

Bail in the amount that the court demands you pay to secure your release. So, for instance, if the court sets you bail at $10,000 you have to pay the court $10,000 in order to get out of jail until your trial.

If you do not show up for your hearing the money is forfeited and a warrant is put out for your arrest. If you do everything you are supposed to and show up for your hearing, the money is refunded.

If you have enough money to pay your bail (and plenty of wealthy people seem to commit crimes these days) this is a pretty good deal for you since you get your money back. Most people, however, don't have this kind of money (and bail can be set at $100,000 or even $1M or more if you are considered a flight risk).

Bond (also known as a "Bail Bond")
So what do you do if the court sets your bail at $10,000 and you don't have the cash? Bail bond companies have good credit and the courts will allow you to go free if they vouch for you. In exchange you have to pay a percentage of the bail to the bail bond company.

So in our example the bail bond company may secure your release, but charge you $1,000 (10% of bail is pretty standard). You get out of jail until your trial, the jail has an assurance that you won't flee and the bail bondsman gets $1,000 - everybody is happy.

One drawback, though - if you purchase a bond you won't get any of your money back. That's right, none of it - that is the bail bond company's profit - if they gave it back to you they would not be making any money.

Madison County Prosecutor’s Office in Idaho says in statement that Lori Vallow abandoned her two kids and encouraged another person to delay law enforcement’s attempts to locate the children. #fox10phoenix

Wow so she coerced another person into lying about the kids - does that mean Chad? Does that mean the person who was hiding the kids came forward?

IMO, 9/8/2019 has to be the last verifiable date anyone physically saw Tylee :(

I’m sure he’s sweating like a pig.
Hmmm.
An apt description. He should be. Two children are missing and possibly dead.
Karma's coming, Chad.
Good to see this wicked woman behind bars. Just could barely stand that smug look on her face.
Where did they put you, Joshua and Tylee ?? :(

Does Fox10 in Phoenix livestream the newscasts? Because, if so I think a lot of people will be watching a Fox10 in Phoenix live streamed newscast tonight.

Very interesting dates. Wth happened on 9-8-19?

I'm thinking that each date (for the felony charges) equates to the last date that each child was seen by someone?

#3 Resisting or Obstructing makes more sense (to me, anyway) to be the date of 11/26/19 - isn't that the date she reported her children were somewhere they weren't (AZ?) so obstruction would fit.

Not sure. But we haven't yet heard of another arrest and that would be likely if the person solicited actually carried through with the crime. It is very possible that someone talked to law enforcement or evidence of criminal solicitation was found in one of the electronic devices. Unless Alex was the one solicited there is either another individual facing arrest or is talking to law enforcement.

Alex and IIRC, also Chad both lied when the police came for the welfare check in November
