Lori Vallow set to appear in court in Kauai tomorrow morning 2/21. Kauai County Prosecuting Attorney Justin Kollar says she can choose to be represented by council, waive extradition hearing or proceed w/ hearing. Extradition hearing would be a couple weeks later.

Do any locals know if cameras are allowed in court. I know in Maricopa County AZ they tape all of them within the court system and make it available to the media.

Is it possible Lori paid someone to hide her children? I would love for them to be found safe and cared for by someone. That would be awesome. And it sounds as if Lori needs a shrink. Or am I wrong? Can someone tell me what the charges are?

I read that Chad was picked up also.

Chad wasn't arrested, buy he is being questioned by law enforcement. As for the solicitation charge, it wouldn't surprise me if Lori paid someone to make the kids go away. I've floated a few ideas here on that score before.

Jan 30 is the date Lori failed to show up in court, and the date K&L Vallow filed for guardianship. And, it's the date of the solicitation charge. What was Lori doing besides jumping hotels/condos on Jan 30? Who was she soliciting??

Make him pay his own ticket back and then lay the law down on him. Well, their flights back will certainly not be in the style they have been accustomed to. Talk about humiliating!

The jokes on Lori if she believed that. We had a long conversation on this topic in the threads previously. IIRC, many fail to understand that Idaho (the state charging her) is the one who pays for extradition from Hawaii. It can be done for misdemeanors with a signature from the governor of Idaho. But Lori has just been charged with at least 2 felonies so previous discussion of extradition for misdemeanors is largely irrelevant. I'm not sure the governor has any role to play now. MOO.

No, it sounds like Tylee went missing first. Nobody must have seen her since September 8th?

That's what I mean, she went missing on the 8th, JJ on the 23rd, not a good sign they weren't seen together after the 8th at his school. siblings of autistic kids are often the ones that drop them off and pick them up. I am more worried for them now knowing that during that time they weren't seen together.

If Chad has not been charged as it appears to be, they have maybe only taken him for questioning. I guess that means they will be separated tonight - these little lovebirds - and for the not so distant future. Poor babies.
