Ha! I bet it was the ex-wife who made that decision, not Ian.... Can you imagine knowing what your ex is doing and NOT keep your kids away???

Of course poor JJ was irritable. I don't think she was giving him the medication for irritability that he was prescribed. The bottle was filled in January 2019, still had 17 pills left, and this medication was not refilled in Idaho. His trained dog was also taken away. Grandparents said he couldn't sleep without his medication.

Small emendation: grandparents said he couldn't sleep without his medication, AND that Bailey stopped him from roaming around in the dead of night when he had trouble sleeping. :( . Do we really think Lori wanted the "drug baby" pestering her all night?? :( :(

I hope the girl's ( that you grew up and is newly divorced and moved to Rexburg and is one of the 144,000) ex-husband is in good health, and continues to be iykwim.

Yeah, with Brandon B spilling the tea about tiny Rexburg, ID being "cult central"... I'm glad he is in hiding and hoping he will stay there, as I don't think citizens of either stripe will take too kindly to this characterization... at least not at first.

Lori's bail was set at $5 million... Two scenarios here:

Lori pays the court directly her ENTIRE bail amount of $5 million, to be set free until her hearing and the case is complete. This ensures she arrives for and complies with ALL hearings, etc. Once the case is complete, then and only then would she get the funds back. If she violated any conditions or was arrested in-between, her bail is forfeited to the court.

OR

Lori obtains a BAIL BOND, of which she pays the bondsman a fee, which she will NOT get back. This is where the 10%, or $500,000 comes into play. She pays the fee, the bondsman is on the hook for the full $5mil and hence when folks "flee" or don't show up in court, you have people like Dog the Bounty Hunter after your arse....

Even if they do manage to scratch up $500k, they aren't going to get them back, right? And for what? A few weeks of Lori's freedom? It's not worth it.

There is a simple video here that explains it in layman's terms

Yes, yes.... where is Nate. He definitely knows more...Ohhhh... When can we sleuth MBP... There is "stuff" out there on her new husband. But I am certain Nate knows more because he is professionally connected to the head of the company that IP works for. I am sensing that Nate is going to eventually come out with a bombshell...

Can I ask who Nate is?

It had been said previously along one of the threads that JR had $75,000 that went to Tylee upon his death ...

He and Lori had been divorced for many years as of his death in 2018

Do we have any clarity on what insurance money might have been paid out for JR's death... IIRC I think he died 4/2018... I thought i had read that Lori was the only one mentioned as beneficiary....

Makeup and sunglasses work wonders! ;)

That could be. I thought her face looked puffy, I assumed it was lack of sleep and stress. But it's amazing how you can alter your appearance with some makeup tricks. Jmo

Yes. But calls are recorded in most jails.
unlimited calls??
I wonder if any vehicles were reported missing/stolen. Alex may well have known how to hot wire a car but if not he was certainly capable of clubbing someone over the head and taking their keys.
Where are ANY of those vehicles now??? There were a number. Like, where is the Rogue?

I was just thinking about something...I assume that the autopsy of Chad's first wife Tammy is complete, but LE has not released any info about the results to the public. I was guessing that the reason for this was that they found something to throw suspicion at Chad. But there's been nothing new about any charges against Chad. Just curious about that.
I think they hope Chad will just meekly follow Lori back to Idaho like the little worshipper to the translated being that he is. It would save Idaho some $ too. Normally costs approx $10k if they waive extradition hearing but in Lori's case she is fighting it so that will cost Idaho more. Hopefully it will be BOGOF for Idaho then. ( Buy one get one free). MOO.

Well I know that, but it isn't biologically her niece's son either. It's not only a terrible thing to say, but also bizarre.
ANOTHER niece, by Marriage. Actually Charles' niece.

Can Lori make phone calls from jail with her current status?
I think someone has to put money on her account or mail it to them so maybe that is why Chad was at a bank. ( I learnt that following the Delphi case and the shenanigans with the Colorado POI when he was in jail - he was always asking for money for phone calls )

Is there ANYTHING that wouldn’t dissolve in one of those things in a year. It would be wonderful if Tylee had a distinctive piece of jewelry or medical implant or something that might still be there. Or maybe nearby.

I just think there’s a chance she perished or was disposed of in an acid bath. But my hunch is she died in Yellowstone that day. And completely convinced that she died 9/8 or shortly thereafter. And death was not natural or accidental. She was murdered. And not in a fit of rage. This was pre-meditated, deliberate and cold-blooded.

Unfortunately the punishment I think LV deserves isn’t legal. In any state.

ETA: Though there’s that one loophole strip of the park where legal scholars contend you can’t be legally punished for anything done there........Wonder if it has bears and mountain lions. Lots of them. Angry, starving ones. All mamas, with cubs nearby.
oh my heavens.... i don't want anything to happen to C and L... I want them to rot in jail... Manson like prison activity is easier to follow and report these days..

So far her MO has been to avoid the law, not dance around it or try to outsmart it with weird technicalities.
i dunno........... she was a master at undoing all of JRs and CVs court actions. She never should have been able to keep Tylee, imo.

Okay, my head is blowing up...I can't take all this information at once! I can't even go to the bathroom without something happening.

Totally! Much less trying to sleep and live a normal life. Following this case is like a full time job - lol

If money is a issue, Idaho should start crowd funding. I am sure many people would contribute as this is such a good cause.

Been thinking about WS member LHS's post about her friend who went to Missouri. Just had a very overwhelming thought. I wonder if this whole thing is much larger than Lori and she is just the only stupid one who got caught and got caught because of Kay and Larry's and BB's reporting and Alex's sloppiness.

So many times there are deaths, murders, and events that are just not connected. What if it is an overall moneymaking scheme of this cult group to have their members' spouses die of "natural causes", collect life insurance, remarry and move out of State to a complex? I hope the FBI is looking very closely into the lives and money trails of the other 142,000 whacky members of the afterlife.

As dopey as Chad looks, I'm not ready to put all of this on LV just yet. And, I think there may be someone in the 144,000 smarter than Chad.

Yeah, call me paranoid. But it's not inconceivable.
