In BB response to MBP's petition to modify the legal decision regarding their children, in paragraph 7, it states that:

Mother's new husband has reported to law enforcement that Mother revealed to him shortly after their marriage that she conspired with her Uncle to kill Father. So someone is lying. Wouldn't have BB attorneys fact checked the investigation and statements made regarding new husband, IP, knowledge? We know that you can lie to the press. Done every day here in the USA. But, if what MBP attorneys comment above is put into their response to BB response, is it perjury? If BB statements are unverified, are they perjury?

I'm having a hard time understanding how BB knows what IP told LE. That doesn't mean he is lying but I wonder whether LE or IP told him that directly.

Did you find AV's answers in the LE lapel video questioning as weird as I did? For instance, the officer asked him why he didn't just flee or lock himself in a room or something instead of running for his gun. That would have been my first question too.

I missed the earlier discussions of this I think, but was AC, LV, or any of the other people present taken in for questioning after the shooting? It seems like there would’ve been a very very thorough investigation. I was surprised reading that LV had a pool party, when I would’ve thought she would be busy at the police station answering the many questions there should’ve been regarding CV’s death.

Yes, they were all 3 (Alex, Lori & Tylee) transported to the Chandler Police Department and questioned in separate rooms. Alex was taken there in one car and Tylee and Lori together in another vehicle. Then after questioning they were all brought back to the house together in one police van to go over the scene. Some of the interviews at the police station have been released but not all of it (sections were redacted and we don't have Alex's interview at the station). We don't have their accounts after they were brought back to the scene. The church thinks autopsies are okay of the loved one of the dead give their consent nowadays, but Chad wasn't your everyday Mormon, and the old stuff didn't support autopsies or cremation very much. As I said, some don't go for it, but that doesn't mean everyone.

Strange. I'm trying to imagine the rationale. It seems to me that it would be: You're dead. Your spirit is elsewhere.The body is an empty vessel. At ressurection the body is going to need to be replaced with a look alike vessel or require a ton of repair anyway. It seems like it should be a non-issue. Sure, if you go enough out on the fringe I can see how someone might think something else. If you're a translated being, definitely. But the statement I was questioning was that Mormons (generic, mainstream Mormons, as I interpreted it) had issues with autopsies.

In Kona (at the Kona Seaside Hotel) a white security guard in his 60s was severely beaten a year or so ago by 3 locals one night. It would be easy to say this was a racist attack, and I suspect there was an element of racism involved because it probably would not have played out the same way if the guard were local, but maybe not because of race, maybe because the guard simply would have been physically larger. But the reality is the attack was fueled by the attackers being drunk/high/whatever. Alcohol was involved in the Kahakuloa attack as well. Alcohol/drug-fueled violence is not unique to Hawaii.

The security guard was not white, KonaHonu. He was Hawaiian.

And the Kahakuloa attack against Christopher Kunzelman was racially motivated. Please google it.

It's entirely possible you're right. My only point is that (again, unless I've missed something), we only have BB's assertion about what IP said.

BB's assertion may be 100% true (and in some ways, I hope it is, as would seem to make the cases much tidier). But I don't think we've heard that LE has independently corroborated BB's claim regarding IP.

Perhaps I'm too suspicious of whether/why LE would reveal IP's testimony to BB.

MOO - The IP cooperating revealed in the court documents is suspicious to me as well. Impossible to tell who is telling the truth without more info from LE. But, if BB is being truthful, and I'm more likely to believe him than MBP, perhaps LE revealed the IP info to BB lawyers to create division.

Regarding the Rent-A-Center furniture...would LE be able to use that info to support the belief that the Daybells are a flight risk? JMHO rented furniture seems like a temporary solution.

That question is moot now. At the time of the time of the bail hearings, if they'd known, they could have made that argument, although it wouldn't really hold up. They rent furiture, but it is setup as rent to own. You can return it and (I assume with adjustments for damage and such) stop having to pay the rent, but it is also a way for someone to buy furniture on credit who has questionable credit. IMO, it is the furniture credit plan for those who think payday loans are the best way to get a loan, or whose credit allows no other option, as well as those who don't know how long they'll be somewhere and it is limiting their obligation. I've done it for the last reason, but know others who have done it for one of the others. In other words, I don't think we can read too much into it.

From the timeline I have:

I can't recall if we have any other verification of that claim and Daily Mail can sometimes get things wrong... I'll see if I can find the article I pulled that factoid from.

That would be about the time the Vallows moved back to Arizona from Kauai

You are correct. We have heard from the beginning that LE has some video of the vehicle involved in the attempt on BB. That video has not been released AFAIK, so we don't know how clear it is or if the driver can be identified. But we were told that the vehicle was positively identified.
