They are not going to suicide. They think they are gods sent to lead the 144,000 chosen ones in the end times. I actually hope they waste their money bailing her out. It's less money they can use for a future defense. And maybe she will talk when she thinks she is comfortable among "friends" again and accidentally let something slip about the location of JJ and Tylee. The FBI command center is in town. The media is in town. And it's a small community-- they won't be able to go anywhere. MOO.

Thank you for this comment.

We are all protected by the constitution - criminals included. Bail does not equal a pleasure cruise for her. She's got restrictions, and like her attorney said...she's being hounded. That isn't going to stop.

The money being paid to the bondsman does not get refunded. 100K is a huge amount of money, even with life insurance funds. They still have everyday bills, plus a lot of expensive attorneys. This isn't just going away and I suspect it is only going to get a lot worse for them BOTH.

Additionally, I'd like to remind everybody that the same judge who reduced the bail today also wrote the warrant for five million. He knows the law, he has to follow it, and he wants to make sure his decisions are not later overturned. THAT would be a "win" for her defense team.

Asked before but... The two men sitting behind her at the upper left of the pic... Are these two of CD's kids? The red haired man literally rubber-necked when the judge said each count (child abandonment) carries max 14yrs.... He looks like Chad to me, and I'm thinking he may not have realized exactly what LV was being charged with.

No, none of Chad's kids were in the courtroom according to 2 VI's last thread.

Shaking my d**n head! I figured this would happen with the lower bail amount and Chad having the 10%. Let’s hope the FBI or Arizona has more in store for this dynamic duo and they get picked up tomorrow.

It makes me ill to think that possibly tonight or tomorrow the two of them will be celebrating her release and the kids are still missing. This truly is not normal maternal behavior.

I can’t even ...

God I REALLY hope your right!!!
I'm just not sure how important the "mission" is to LV now that she has had a taste of Jail... And I worry with her psychology she will certainly consider it... not just for selfish motives, but if indeed she does think the World is ending in a few months, what's the point, is she near enough to the 'New Jerusalem Tent City'?.... I never worried about her running if she got out, too much media following her every move.
MOO.

Hawaiian people are the best. That is a bright spot for these Grandparents who lost their son, Charles Vallow, and also JJ. Prayers for these good folks.
Kay Woodcock and Charles Vallow were siblings, not parent and son.

Yes, well said. Also I believe it was brought up that $1 Million bond is usually reserved for murder charges in Madison County. Lori hasn't been charged with murder, but the fact that the judge kept it it as high as $1 Million means he is well aware of her possible connection to 3 ongoing homicide investigations. $100,000 is nothing to sneeze at. In fact, that's close to the value of Chad's house in Rexburg. Before this is over they will be bankrupt by the attorney fees alone unless they have a secret billionaire friend footing the bill (doubtful IMO). I don't believe Lori and Chad have the millions in the bank that will be needed to stage a long-term legal battle. And these charges against Lori are just the beginning IMHO. Those charges got her and Chad back to Idaho. I don't care if she gets bailed out. I just want her to tell where the kids are located. MOO.

I hope that wherever she goes everyone screams at her “Where are Tylee and J.J. Lori?” ....Actually, I hope that as soon as she steps out of that jail that the FBI or AZ Authorities arrest her for murder. This is insane that she is getting out. Chads kids should be sooooo mad that their father is spending their mother’s life insurance money to bail her out. I was soooo sad when I saw the picture of the kids at Yellowstone. But this really makes me sad. She should be in jail! MOO

Gotcha, Thank you, I'm still massively behind in that thread! This may have been answered there too, but I wonder what their relationship to LV is? Pretty prime seating!

A Hawaiian man working for Dateline flew in to Idaho last night and gave Larry and Kay Woodcock these leis. His wife made them for J.J. and Tylee. They wanted to be sure the Woodcocks know Hawaiians are standing behind them. Kay is holding out hope that one day the children will get to wear them. (Press pool photo)

Welp, now I'm crying. I hope they get to wear them too and they are well.
