Regarding my letter to Chad.
I had written a similar letter a hundred times but was always worried that the message of the letter would get back to Chad and the family. I was afraid of what they might say or do to me because everything was simply here-say, conjecture, and "speculation and rumor".

I originally thought there was no way he could have hurt Tammy. He couldn't have been involved with Lori except as podcaster and a friend before Tammy's death.

This video of his brazen and disgusting behavior with Lori shows how bold he was behind Tammy's back. It emboldened me as well. I'm not scared anymore.

If they're that desperate to search for folks who might be investigating them, I imagine there's nothing we can do about it. And then, I was more worried about them finding me out. I decided to use the avatar and signature as a sign that, yes, I know what's gone on, and I'm not going to live in fear anymore. I'm not going to out myself, but I'm not going to let Chad's crimes scare me. I know him for what he is/has become now.

This video shows more than a man helping a friend put a tire and seat in a storage unit. It shows a relationship beyond anything acceptable behavior. It calls into question the email with dancing videos, the visit to CV's house in November 2018, the list of 7 goals, increasing Tammy's life insurance, the fake email Chad from Charles, <modsnip: removed info not in MSM>Tammy's spirit helping him reconnect with Lori... everything. He's deceived Tammy, his children, lied to law enforcement, everyone else. What else has he done to cover up these lies? What would he be willing to do to continue covering up his infidelity?

To me there is no question. If he was this far in the affair with Lori on Oct 2nd and lying about it, he had motive to kill Tammy later that month.

We are all assuming the attorneys chose to not represent Lori. Is it possible she doesn’t want the two who are leaving the case? Perhaps it is harder for her to manipulate them into defending her as Lori would want and the other attorney is more amenable to her directives?

Wow, Thanks for posting that. The reviews themselves weren’t even as telling as his “responses” to the negative reviews. He disparaged every single person that left a bad review. He even threatened legal action against one of them if they didn’t take the review down, which obviously didn’t happen because the review is still there. There was not a lick of professionalism in his responses.

HE and LV appear to be a match made in heaven (or perhaps more appropriately,hell)

Good point! Wasn't there video from a neighbor's Ring that helped solve the Watts murders? Maybe a viewing party with the POIs might yield some interesting responses that Forensic Psychologists could analyze

Abstract
This study was a 13-month prospective, descriptive case series of risperidone overdose reported by telephone to a regional poison control center (PCC) serving Philadelphia, PA. Patients were seen in local Philadelphia-area emergency departments. The variables examined were medical history, therapeutic use of risperidone, time postingestion, reported coingestants, clinical findings, decontamination and treatment, electrocardiograph results, laboratory data, standard toxicologic screen results, and length of time in hospital. Thirty-one patients (29 adult/adolescent, 2 pediatric) with reported risperidone overdose were identified. Risperidone was the sole ingestant in 15 cases (1 mg to 180 mg). The major observed effects in this group included lethargy (7), spasm/dystonia (3), hypotension (2), tachycardia (6), and dysrhythmia (1). Sixteen cases involved coingestants, including benzodiazepines, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, ethanol, tricyclic antidepressants, lithium, anticonvulsants, diphenhydramine, ibuprofen, and anticholinergic agents. Major effects in these patients included lethargy (10), coma (1), seizure (1), tachycardia (7), bradycardia (1), hypotension (4), and a syndrome of muscle spasms, diaphoresis, and fever. Treatment provided for patients in this study included antiarrhythmics (1), diphenhydramine (2), anticonvulsant (1), vasopressor agent (1), endotracheal intubation/assisted ventilation (5), and supportive care. One patient who coingested imipramine died of medical complications. In the remaining patients, symptoms resolved with 24 hours in the majority, with all patients asymptomatic at 72 hours postingestion. These data show that risperidone toxicity manifests primarily as mild central nervous system effects and reversible neuromuscular and cardiovascular effects.

You do realize that he may have written all of those reviews himself. A personal injury lawyer is exactly what LV needs.

I only read one or two of the positive ones, so if he wrote most of them he's pretty darn hard on himself. (Also, while in theory someone could do this, I don't think he'd do a very good job of making them sound different. If he wrote a bunch of positive reviews, wrote them well, and sounded like a bunch of different random people, I'm not sure it wouldn't prove that he has the kind of creativity I'd like in a defense attorney.)

Ideally a good judge will be gender-blind and Male or Female won’t make a bit of difference. But if there are gender dynamics at play here, I’m glad the judge is female. If for no other reason than Lori would probably prefer a male. Plus IMO females aren’t just less likely to be swayed by a hair flip or two, they’re more likely to find it annoying.

The selfish cruel decisions made by all adults involved have impacted like a brick thrown in a pool . Children missing , spouses dead, threats made and so many families destroyed. Your friends here on WS appreciate you being here and have watched you ride this roller coaster to where we are today. You have helped us understand the people involved and most importantly Tammy. Sure seemed like the other two blindsided him and what he was doing on the team to begin with was unclear. His specialties sure don't seem pertinent. I will say that if I was looking for someone in the areas he normally works in that based on the reviews I'd figure he'd be good as long as I was straight with him and upheld my side of the bargain. Well you certainly have more faith in this guy than I would, the fact that there are a number of similar reviews does not indicate that he is the one being “straight“.

Interesting to me that he is primarily a family attorney, I would expect someone in that field to have empathy and high degree of respectability. Not getting that impression from this guy. Is having him on her team to coincide with her claim of fear of custody?

If I were her, I wouldn’t want a personal injury or family attorney, I’d want a criminal defense attorney. And not a half a**ed one.

It’s not clear why Vallow—who has refused to cooperate with the investigation into her missing children—wants Madison County Magistrate Judge Faren Eddins disqualified; her lawyer’s filing didn’t give a reason.

She appeared before him last week, requesting that her $5 million bail be lowered to $10,000. Eddins lowered it to $1 million, but Vallow hasn’t been able to secure a bond.

It sounded like the disagreement was over the waiver Lori signed where she waived the 14-day requirement for a pre-trial hearing.

Webb was quite clear that he and Means would not be able to come to an agreement on that.

Means was also very clear that the client wanted to sign the waiver.
