I hope he's genuine and not just jumping on the media bandwagon. Is it wrong to think that he sounds like he'd fit in better with Chad and company? MOO

You don't have to convince me of his involvement, @Alpha Bravo !I absolutely think Chad's been plotting and pulling strings* all long. Like you, I can't wait to see his phone records! But we may not know what the phone records show (or don't show) for a while... Based on the evidence we have available to us now, though, I'm still wondering if they could tie Chad directly to BB's shooting. (Maybe it will come down to credibility, like @Tortoise said.)
As far as conspiracy to murder, I think you are probably quite right about the MO. But will it be a good move for prosecutors to say the motives for all the murders (and attempted murders) were all part of one big plan to gather the 144,000 by offing partners for the insurance money and marrying new partners before the world begins to end? What sort of difference could it mean if they suggest Chad really held those beliefs (and they were important enough to kill for)? Or if they suggest instead, that he didn't believe in it at all but used Lori's belief to get what he wanted - a life with just her (with LV's kids and his wife TD out of the way). How will things shake up if charges are combined? Will each murder have to be tried separately? How about the attempted murders? Could Chad and Lori end up co-defendants?
I've said before that I have very little knowledge of law and court procedures, and even less experience. But I know that if the prosecution can't effectively argue their case, it may leave room for doubt. Wasn't that what happened with Casey Anthony?
I'm really curious what our lawyer (and law minded) sleuths have to say about... well, all of this mess. I've tired myself out thinking about it all, tbh, so if it's too much or too soon to be worth replying to - I get it. I'll try and be patient while I wait for the future to get here.
hahaha! This makes SO MUCH SENSE!
Lol, I'm taking a recess. I need a nap!
*Nick Schneider might help shed light on the question of string-pulling. (and if you aren't sure what I mean by this, message me!)

Judge Eddins withdrew himself from the Lori Vallow case after short hearing on motion to disqualify him. New judge will be picked before prelim hearing on 5/7. #fox10phoenix

I think the words can be read two ways - he (Melani's new husband) might not think that but his ex might, and he is not fighting her over it. So the fear mentioned is his ex's fear, not his.Divorce documents. And yes. You are reading that right.
These statements are confusing. After they were released to the public, IP and MBP showed up together at her court hearing. If IP really thought his new wife was capable of harming his children, why would he support her? MOO

What have they copied?I posted my GIF of the butt smack. But that's it. If I view any of the FB pages it normally scroll and roll thru a bunch of BS. moo

Even if it's not a direct tactic, I'm sure the Chad and Lori supporters will jump all over this because it fits into their preconceived notions about this case. If they still believe this is a "custody battle", they will be crying that the judge was biased for sure. (Assuming Judge Eddins remains.) MOO
"My wife at this time melani began spending a lot of time with this group, at the end of june she demanded a divorce claiming revelation about things that were not real and there was no evidence given just a claim of being told by the savior," Boudreaux wrote on Facebook.
Gray and I have the same hypothesis, it was Alex with that silenced rifle that can’t shoot straight. Chad calmed her down by saying it was a paintball gun, and he didn’t even see it.
ETA: would love to know the status of any confiscated guns! If they got the actual rifle, and found spent shells at Tammy’s or in the Jeep, they can match with firing pin marks.
A similar thing occurred a few years ago (with another case I followed), posts by WS members were being posted on another site (not the one we speak of currently, btw). Anyway, some of the WS members began adding "copyright info" in their signature lines. This effort helped a bit back then, but I have no idea if it would be helpful now.

Thank you! I forgot to add the link.Just adding a link for this

THREAD: During the teleconference one of Lori’s attorney’s Brian Webb mentioned he plans to file a motion to withdraw from the case.
I am very interested in learning more about that party. Like who was there and what the general mood was like. Also did they know they it was a homocide and when was this party planned?I bet that Chandler PD is taking it seriously now that the FBI is involved.
I think they are doing their best to CYA to make it look like they were doing what they should have done in the first place.
My gut feeling is that they treated this case half-a**ed, and believed Alex when he said it was self-defense/ So, they dropped the ball, cut corners and just wanted the case closed and gone.
Something, someone else I was talking to pointed out the other day, was why they had a pool party later that day. The reason is that if the police came back to the house to further investigate, the house has now been contaminated with all of these other people's fingerprints, and DNA. LVD and Alex were literally covering up potential evidence, by contaminating the scene of the crime.
MOO
Regarding the party:I agree that Chandler PD is taking it seriously now. I'm sure they have been for some time. I thought about saying "something was rotten in the state of" instead, but I figured I'd stick to the original quote!
That's some clever thinking about the pool party. It certainly would have helped them to disturb the scene considering how little furniture and belongings there seemed to be there*. I wonder just how many people came? LV <modsnip: derogatory terms or name changes are not allowed> doesn't seem to have many friends, and I doubt the neighbors would come knowing the estranged husband was killed there THAT MORNING (except perhaps out of curiosity)...
On the other hand, and I remember someone suggested in an earlier thread, there may have been only a few people there, or even just JJ, TR, AC, and LV. If they were swimming and playing loud music, it may have looked and sounded like a "party". The neighbors witnessing this would have certainly thought it was odd to see and hear them having such fun on what would have been a tragic day to normal people.
Please note I'm behind in reading the thread, but wanted to reply back to you, @Anonymous91
Also, everything above is speculation and MOO.

I wonder why he was even on the team in the first place. He's not a criminal defense attorney.I wonder why attorney Brian Webb wants to withdraw from Lolo’s case??
Off topic for a second. I've been lurking in several social media groups since this case started and have seen several instances where things written here have been copied and posted elsewhere. Today takes the cake ... that is so not cool. Carry on
Jmo I wondered that too, maybe IP is afraid of his new family. Afraid they could harm his kids etc jmoDivorce documents. And yes. You are reading that right.

All I can think is the judge didn't agree that the initial appearance was a contested hearing and went with the without cause disqualification. That's mysterious. moo
