Wow as a judicial clerk I have never seen a judge interject so many times because she needs to lead the defence attorney in way that she can understand his dribble! Someone needs to interject now and get her a real defence lawyer! He doesn’t know the law well enough... how in the hell is he going to do a prelim hearing with all that evidence?! Makes no sense. A waste of everyone’s time. MOO

Shouldn't Means already know what happened (deleted, passed on, etc) to any jail recordings prior to Covid-19?? He had enough time to investigate, right??

Totally, He's always looking for someone else to do the work. He could have issued the subpoena as soon as the "gut reaction" hit, gathered the evidence and filed an appropriate motions. ALSO, AS SOON AS HE HEARD THE RECODING ON 3/31 HE SHOULD HAVE STOPPED AND ASKED FOR IT TO BE SHUT OFF. Clearly, the remedy for inadvertently recording isn't bond reduction. Good luck, trying to get a 'special device' so Lori and contact him!

Truly a Dollar Store Lawyer. Talked in circles for over an hour making very little sense. I’m convinced the prosecutor could have stood up and said “we stand on our written objections” with the same outcome. Lolo has to be worried about her future witnessing that comedy show that just played out. I have seen a lot of lousy lawyers, heard crazy bad arguments in 100’s of cases but this guy is now number 1 on my list of imbeciles. The preliminary should be equally entertaining assuming he’s still employed. I’d almost pay admission to watch this guy redefine inept.
