I am pretty sure he was claiming Tammy helped him from the other side. As is Tammy's spirit helped him.
Yes I realise that but his use of the word reconnect indicates to me that Tammy may have known about Lori before she died. Otherwise he would surely have used "connect". This is Just Chad doing his usual BSing to justifying getting his own way. Like his visions of Tammy dying.
Grieving your dead wife usually doesn't involve a hot blond as far as I can tell.
I've certainly not heard it called that before.

I'm actually now sorry I posted here. I thought I was doing a good thing by sharing because I live on Kauai but now I see that I haven't shared anything that's really helped- anything I've shared anyone else can find and know. I'm sorry if I shared anything that didn't help or wasn't acceptable- I continue to pray for the children and the families involved- I have seen also sex trafficking posts in the same circles and areas and not sure if its just all related but have faith the truth will be revealed. Hope everyone has a good night and gets some good rest/sleep. Aloha from Kauai.

You've been very helpful.

I have a question. How often do you have to renew a Hawaii driver's license?

One thing that’s interesting to me is the lady they applied to rent from said they applied for a “room”. I wonder what changed from applying for a room which would likely be much cheaper than where they ended up? Did money come in?
Yea, and he was claiming he was making $30,000 a month from his publishing company. Which I find very unbelievable, considering with that kind of money you would likely be renting more than a room.

I’ve got a question that’s really bugging me. To those that know LV and CDs family. They all seem normal and a loving family from what’s available online only (imo) Are they upset by all the negative publicity? Are they beginning to wonder what the heck’s going on? Have they even talked about it with friends and family? (Not expecting anyone to say what they’ve said). I’m just trying to work out in my own head how CDs family are coping with the allegations of what he may have done. Would they be helping the police, even if not being public about it?

How about LVs family? If they had any inclination that she had or hadn’t harmed those kids, would they help? The younger members of the family...teens upwards. Surely they would be questioning where the two kids may be? I know if my kids thought I had disappeared someone, especially children they wouldn’t stand by me. They would be fuming, angry, probably very threatening and would help the police. Especially if it involved children.

I just can’t get my head around the fact that these kids have been missing for so long and family members haven’t turned up in Hawaii demanding answers. CR being the exception to this and his very public plea for help surely prompted some response from those in the know.

Same really towards those in the cult-like groups that they’re a part of. Those people will likely have children too, how would they feel if it was their own kids missing?

All MOO, just trying to understand how this went on for so long and was kept so quiet.

“They said that they waited all day for... - Justin Lum Fox 10 Phoenix | Facebook

“They said that they waited all day for God to tell them which house to go to and he told them to come to mine,” said Jeani Martin.

A Hawaii homeowner speaks to me exclusively and provides documentation of Chad Daybell’s rental application from November 7, 2019 — two weeks after his first wife Tammy Daybell is buried in Utah.

The online app lists Lori Daybell as Chad’s wife and explains why he allegedly wanted to move in.

Wow. I sure appreciate the sleuth questions the Landlord asked:
  • What cause 0f death did the Coroner give for Tammy?
  • Oh, so you knew Lori before?
Way to go Justin!

Chad's family might not have known before that Lori's children even existed. They may still consider them Lori's responsibility, not Chad's.

I think there are other members of Lori's family besides her son who are on the right side of things (like the one who gave information to Gray Huges). On the other hand, we have not heard anything from Tylee and JJ's maternal grandparents.

IMO the people who still support Lori might not have known her since her cult-like obsession started and could be buying her custody/inheritance angle. Also, let's not forget how she also badmouthed her two (now dead) husbands and painted herself as a victim.

Notice he was claiming in his rental application Lori lived in Hawaii, whereas as we all know she moved to Idaho before Tammy was even dead.

They could charge her with conspiracy to commit murder. However, they have to prove her and Alex conspired to do this. They obviously need a witness or electronic evidence in order to do this and need to prove it WAS murder. For felony murder, a "murder" has to be committed in the course of a felony. Again, they need to prove murder and that it was committed during a felony.
I think it'd be really hard considering Alex is dead and Tylee is missing. Also, Chandler police just seemed totally fine with calling it a self-defense case rather than putting any effort into actually investigating it, even when Alex was still alive and Tylee wasn't yet missing. Which I find really hard to understand. Lori admitted she took Charles phone and wouldn't give it back. So basically, as far as I am concerned, she admitted to provoking any attack (if there was any to begin with). Which would suggest that justification of lethal force was iffy from the start, even if you believe everything Lori, Alex and Tylee were saying (and it doesn't appear their stories exactly match).
Here's what Arizona's version of the 'Stand Your Ground' law allows — and what it doesn't

I'm still thinking about the resort manager saying Lori Ryan used a Hawaii driver's license to check in. I've been reading on driver's license requirements in Hawaii. From what I read, and it's all JMO, unless something has changed, she was falsifying information to have that license. Surely, she didn't check in with an expired license? Hawaii licenses are good for 8 years, expiring at a birthday. So roughly 2011 she had to renew that thing. Providing some sort required documentation. What was going on that far back for her to need (for all practical purposes) a fake ID? All JMO.

Oh, whoa!

I thought I read up thread that the SIM for CV’s phone was missing but the microSD was present. I thought, that’s weird, I’d expect the opposite.

So I was just looking through the comments on the “burning the midnight oil” post by Justin Lum, and one commenter says that law enforcement got the phone back, but the SIM was missing.

And then Justin Lum responds with a correction; the SIM was present, but the micro SD was missing.

Seriously, how on earth did they justify calling CV’s death self-defense?

Tylee’s description of her behavior with the bat doesn’t even make sense. She was supposedly afraid, but she’s holding the bat out, extending away from her, like one would if they were poking at something or GIVING the bat to someone?

Just... no. And that timeline makes even less sense than I expected it to. I wonder if there were cameras or any confirmation from the hotel regarding what time CV left, and how late breakfast was available.

Do we know what hotel he was at? Breakfast times might be public knowledge.

And I really don’t understand the whole, CV was gonna take him back to the hotel for breakfast, but he was running late, but he had time to go to Burger King for breakfast?

If he was running late, why would he even go in the house? Especially if JJ’s backpack was already ready to go... I’m more inclined to think JJ was impatiently waiting for him, especially if he was late. Absolutely nothing about this makes sense.

Not sure how I missed that but the missing micro SD on his phone is a pretty big deal. He also said it was unclear how long Lori had the phone and that it needed a PIN when LE got it. He said the family says Charles would not use a PIN. I mean, seriously? C'mon.

On a side note, I love that Justin Lum follows up and answers questions in the comments of his posts. It's rare in my experience that reporters will do that.

The newer posts indicate somethings going on. Hopefully they’re accurate MOO
I don't see it. Justin Lum's post in question preceded his interview with the Princeville homeowner. My focus was on possible wedding dates.

I am disturbed by these two and their extremism. Paraphrasing, “God led CD to this house, and his deceased wife helped him to find LV Quickly.” The home owner is awesome. I’m glad they were “led” to her.

Ugh. I’m glad the reporter now has their numbers now. Go get em

Except his wife wasn't deceased when he found Lori.....

Helped him "reconnect" with Lori? Did Tammy know about the affair?

No. I don't think so. He's claiming that Tammy's spirit, after she was dead, told him to marry Lori. I think he used the word "reconnect" to try to make it sound like Lori was a friend from childhood or something? IDK. It's a pretty gross claim to make IMHO. Maybe in his circles that's the thing to say when you want to get remarried fast? That the dead wife you were married to for 30 years, have 5 children and 3 grandchildren with is happy to be dead and would be in favor of you moving on so fast and marrying another woman? That line of thinking doesn't work with anyone in my culture. Those I know who believe their loved ones are at peace in heaven still have grief from their passing away. Chad doesn't show an ounce of sadness at the loss of Tammy. It's appalling how he tries to justify marrying Lori so fast. He is admitting that Tammy's body wasn't even in the ground yet and he's already planning to marry Lori. And he's also saying his kids were okay with it.

It's like he has a checklist in his head:
1. Tell everyone Tammy approves [check]
2. Tell everyone my kids approve [check].
3. Play up the religious angle (make sure people know he's a prophet!) by saying it was Tammy's spirit talking to him [check].
4. Don't forget to mention Tammy is happy now and she would want him to be happy too [check].

Sick, sick, sick... And unbelievable.

MOO.

Perhaps he’s peddling the notion that he and Lori were connected in a past life.

Never mind. :)

I'm not seeing anything either that matches "something going on". I looked at 4 or 5 of his latest posts. Has something been deleted? Jmo
