4th Feb 2019 - petition for order of protection

Quote:
5. The following persons should also be on this Order. As stated in number 4, the Defendant is a danger to them: Joshua Vallow

9. Other: Bailey is a black goldendoodle and he's JJ's service dog.

14th Feb 2019 - divorce petition

Quote:
Mother also told Father that she did not want anything to do with him or the children (the parties have emancipated children along with JJ) and that Father could have them because she had a more important mission to carry out.

Mother has also never contacted Father about JJ's well-being

Mother proceeded to warn Father that she would kill him upon his return home

I can't phrase this better than Maya Angelou did; When people show you who they are, believe them the first time.

11th Jul 2019
- Charles Vallow was killed.

Aug 2019 - Bailey was taken from JJ.

I believe Lori engineered the reconciliation in Houston and Charles' return to Arizona, so that she could kill him.

I believe she has killed the children, between 24th and 30th Sep. My guess is it was the 24th or night of 23rd. She wouldn't want JJ home from school, and she could take them away on the pretence of a birthday trip for Tylee. No sightings after 23rd. No birthday skype with Colby or her friends. And then they moved on to planning for BB.

1st Oct she hired the lock-up.

I wonder if Chad actually told the bishop himself or if he only portrayed to the deputies that he would tell the bishop about Tammy's death? Some have commented that it was strange how Tammy's funeral took place in Utah and then they did a memorial back in Idaho after that. Some posters thought that there should have been a full funeral service for Tammy in Idaho and then she could be sent to Utah for a second funeral and burial there. But what if Chad didn't tell his bishop right away? What if Chad instead made arrangements for Tammy's body to go right to Utah before any of the higher-ups of his ward found out Tammy died? Would that have lead to the rushed Idaho memorial that some insiders have said felt like an afterthought or incomplete and disrespectful of all of Tammy's friends in Idaho?

MOO.

If he hadn't remarried a hot minute later, I personally would chalk it up to "grieving looks different for everyone." I give strange behavior when there's a death in the family a lot of leeway. If I was a close friend of Tammy's (in Idaho) I might wish it was handled differently -- but I would probably just get to Utah and attend the funeral.

Really, even if you're LDS (and I am) you don't have to notify your Bishop when someone dies. They don't have to be involved at all in a funeral. They are clergy, and most people who have a faith tradition, do seek solace and administrative / practical help from their clergy when someone dies (especially if the deceased also has the same faith tradition and clergy.) Most LDS people (most people, period) would want some help with the mountain of things that need to be done between death, funeral and burial. For LDS members, reaching out early (first?) to the Bishop is a very common and natural thing to do. The Bishop might conduct the service, perhaps speak, and would, for sure, engage others in the congregation to help and support the family in various ways. I see that happen in most of the other faith traditions where I've attended funerals, too -- clergy is notified and takes the lead, notifies others, and people within the congregation rally to support the family. But sometimes even people of faith have services at the funeral home conducted by a funeral director.

I'm very private in my real life, and if I possibly could, I'd bury myself before anyone noticed I was missing and tried to serve potatoes to my family. So I get people (not murderers, mind you, but other people) who would rather deal with death much more quietly than involving an entire congregation.

So while I think that the funeral arrangements would be really odd if he had excluded their Bishop (particularly since they would have had a close working relationship in their Church positions), I've just about seen it all in my long, otherwise boring, life -- up to that part where he flits off to Hawaii and gets married (or something) two weeks later. Once that happened, everything he did before that starts to look really GROSS to me.

My family loves funeral potatoes, so I wouldn't want them to lose the chance to eat some. :)

You're right though, the quick marriage (or claim to have married since we can't really prove they are legally married and there is some reason to think that might be questionable) is where things get a tad unexplainable.

Yes. Since Alex seemed to function as her bodyguard/enforcer she might have wanted a "key man policy". Jmo.

Couldn't have said it better. ;)

For those in this forum who live in Idaho: Do you know if cause of death appears on a death certificate? I know every state is different. The MSM and Sheriff’s Dept. in Rexburg had originally stated that Tammy appeared to have died from natural causes. I wonder what, if anything, was recorded on her original death certificate...

Apparently @RexburgSleuth was asked about seeing the Jeep Wrangler in Rexburg by the police, as well as about the Rogue and the F150:

ID - ID - Joshua Vallow, 7, & Tylee Ryan, 17, Rexburg, Sept 2019 #8

So far we have no known indication that the white/silver Wrangler or the green Cherokee were ever seen in Rexburg, but we know that the Cherokee (registered to Charles) was involved in the murder attempt on Brandon in Gilbert on October 2.

Did CR not say they left in TR jeep?. We know that they made it to Rexburg or atleast somewhere as CR had a video call with JV & TR on 30th of August.

From the media thread at post #147 reciting parts of Dingbell's book "The gathering":

"I did specifically see the scene where the tanks go into Spanish Fork Canyon, only to have their path blocked. It helped me realize the Saints in Manti and in the camps near Soldier Summit would be protected."

I started out this morning wanting to focus on where the kids could be if they are in fact alive. Spanish Fork Canyon and Soldier Summit are a straight shot south from Rexburg and takes just under 5 hours.

Is there any major building construction going on around Rexburg?

I'm thinking Lori would really be the type to leave her kids (if deceased) where it would hurt the Vallow family the most. Jmo

IDK. But it would be poetic justice if one or both of them are arrested on Valentine's Day Friday. MOO.

I had a dream last night that they were arrested... but I would take a five day delay for that kind of poetic justice tbh. moo.

I haven't either. I wonder if that is because Lori had previously tried to sabotage JJ by taking Bailey's service collar? Maybe there was a fear she would try something like that again to separate JJ from his service dog? Sadly she eventually succeeded in giving the dog away. :( It's too bad the order of protection didn't stay in place and CV didn't keep JJ in Texas and tell Lori he would see her in court. MOO.

Ok..I listened/watched a YouTube on our case last night in which a supposed letter was sent and the person on the YouTube is reading it. Anyway, it was odd and just odd enough that it should be given some credence. So here is the question...Can law enforcement subpoena the LDS Church for information regarding Temple attendance for POI? If you have a Temple recommend to enter any LDS Temple, it has a bar code on it that is scanned at the front desk. This would be another digital footprint of where people were. The person reading the email stated several Temples attended. Totally only my opinion and yes I am LDS and yes I do have a recommend with that bar code at the bottom. MOO
I saw that too, she said there will be another video this wknd or next I don't remember. Was strange enough to make sense for this case imo

Are there some kind of perks they expect by presenting their cards? Jmo

It is a piece of paper signed by your Bishop and Stake President (clergy) that you live the LDS Church standards. Just a few questions in an interview. To attend the Temple you need to have a Temple Recommend. I am just wondering if that could be used to know where they have been in the times Lori was unaccounted for MOO

Frequent templer miles. Get enough and you get a free pass to heaven. :) (Is there an official acronym for "I made this up"?)

I thought that video was obviously wrong in so many places that I wasn't buying it at all. But if OhMeOhMy is thinking it is credible, I may have to rethink my thoughts.
