And the Hawaii or Kauai temples/members may be more lax on that kind of stuff... I've def seen people go in barefoot, boardshorts and in snap back hats too, big surfing community here.
While that's true, active, devout members are not likely to shed their garments for everyday convenience. It's a symbol of a sacred covenant we make to wear them, and it's not taken lightly. While it may be an inconvenience to wear them in hot climates, when I have traveled to hot places on vacation, I still wear mine and the active members I know also wear theirs. If wearing a swimsuit, we don't wear them, and maybe not while exercising, but all other times, devout, believing 'endowed' members wear them, so I think living in Hawaii would not be a valid excuse to not wear them, (the exception being when at the beach or pool, swimming or out exercising.) And maybe that's the case with Lori. Maybe all the pics I've seen she's just been photographed after being out exercising. I don't know. MOO.

That is great info, Busymom4. According to that doc you linked, the coroner should have referred the death to LE for follow-up.
Well, she (the coroner) might have referred the death to LE, considering sheriff claims that deputies went to the scene but found nothing of the ordinary. But it sounds like deputies didn't even bother to file a police report about going to the scene?

I came at the same information from the CDC which is more user friendly with descriptions, IMO.

Idaho - Coroner/ME Laws | CDC

I have a family member certified and trained as a Medicolegal Death Investigator. One of the first things they are taught when they go for that training is if you want to get away with murder, do it in a state where coroners are elected. In Idaho the coroner is elected. Requirements are US Citizen, at least 21 years old, resides in the county where they are elected, and will go to training in the future. That is it. No prior medical training required.

I don't see anything wrong with what the coroner did here. There are 3 situations that require investigation.
Stillborn baby, No.
Apparent violence/suicide/homicide. No, not apparent.
Suspicious or unknown circumstances. TD died at home in bed, that is known. Suspicious? In hindsight, sure.

The coroner's duty for a death not attended by or certified by a physician is only to report it to the Sheriff, which was clearly done here. Had TD died in a state with a Medical Examiner's office instead of a coroner system the autopsy would have been required by law.
TY for clarifying this. So unless the family member requested an autopsy it wasn't going to happen basically.

You also can't get a temple recommend if you don't wear them, from what little I know. That was one reason I asked if temple recommends can be revoked. Jmo
Yes, if a person is not willing to wear the temple garments, they will not be given a recommend to receive their own 'endowment', because it is part of the covenant which is made in the temple. Someone questioned earlier--the temple recommend is good for two years and then we must have an interview with our Bishop and then Our Stake President (or one of their counselors) to get it renewed. We are asked specifically if we wear the garment in the proper manner (which means wearing it every day, not taking it off or altering it to wear certain styles of clothing which might be more revealing) when a person feels like it. Temple recommends can be revoked, and as was mentioned earlier, it's very easy to do. They have a bar code on them, and they can be invalidated through the computer if they are reported lost or stolen or if a person is told not to attend the temple (for worthiness reasons), it can be done easily.

Police investigation timeline - (how many timelines are needed)

1. A "case" leads them to think TD death wasn't natural causes (video i posted a few pages before you can hear the call)

2. It was determined that within weeks of Tammy Daybell’s death, her surviving husband, Chad Daybell, had married Rexburg resident Lori Vallow,

3. that during the investigation into TD death, law enforcement was made aware that two Rexburg children, ages 7 and 17, were missing

4. (Supposition) found out about AC & MB & BB & CV cases probably SC too. Because that would make sense that they then look into other family members. Probably BB who told police about the shooting himself.

So what case in Arizona lead them to TD?

It is also of note that the day after Tammy's body was exhumed, Alex Cox suffered an unknown medical emergency and later died because of it. This was also after the December 6th warrant issued to JJ's school by Chandler PD

Jethro4WS thank you. Auto generated data. Got ya!

Did you watch the video I just posted?

I was under the impression from this weeks postings that the case got serious when they first looked into td death. Found out cd was married already. Looked into lv and discovered her kids are missing.

The detective on phone on the video seems to suggest some case in Arizona lead them to TD.

Both can be true but begs the question. What case or cases in Arizona are they referring to?
It seems it is either the shooting death of Lori's husband Charles by her brother Alex, or the shooting attempt on Brandon Boudreaux or possibly both. Considering all of the nonsense that is afoot surrounding this case I presume it is not possible to rule out some other case we haven't heard about yet.

Not sure if i would say credible because like you is I thought it sounded odd and was laughing at parts ...but it had names and connections we had covered over and over with connections to AVOW and PAP . To tell you the truth I have know idea where we are going with this whole case and basically think anything we find we get to throw against a wall and see if it sticks...The interesting part is that some of the weirdest things and we couldnt make up ourselves keep coming out in this case. MOO

Problem for me in relying upon that type of confirmation is, that once these books are published and available to be bought in a store/online, there's no way that we can have any kind of knowledge or control about who really gets the information presented in said books or knows about the connections. It'd be kind of like saying that everyone who tunes into to a Christian radio station with non-music programming, comes from the same church denomination. I'm sure there are PAP and AVOW-related authors out there whom we haven't even heard the names of in connection with this case, for example.

I feel like they each (LV and CD) look differently enough -- in the videos from Kauai -- that they're trying to change their look, so that they aren't as recognizable. That was my first thought, it looks like something of a transformation with both of them. MOO
Well, Chad lost some weight, but that's probably not to change his look to hide, but because Lori likes fit guys (based on photos of now dead husbands #3 and #4) and Chad was anything but fit.

Called came from Gilbert PD, so it would likely be Brandon's case.

Are we allowed to post YouTube vids here about the case from say podcasters ?

Temple recommends are valid 2 yrs. I am not saying they were married there because we would have probably figured that part out. I am wondering if they and the others were there doing whatever and making it fit into their own visions and interpretations. To me it kinda would fit our bizarre case we have going. They think they are so enlightened with religion/God/end of times, we know they were not in a hideout in Island Park eating wheat and lentils from food storage. MOO

You're saying not married at the temple, but did attend a temple session where they acted out what the video said happened? Having seen none of the goings on inside a temple beyond a few videos on a Youtube channel, plus getting dunked under water several times in the basement 50-ish years ago, I'm willing to take your word on it if you think that's possible.

Oct 2? - BB shooting
Oct 19 - TD dies
Oct 21? - police case leads to TD
Oct 22 - MB + BB divorce
Nov 5? - LV & CD wedding
Nov - police learn about JV TR
Nov 14 - MB arrested
Nov 29? - AC + ZP & MB + IP weddings
Dec 6 - police search warrant at JV school
Dec - police learn about BB CV MB ?
Dec 11 - TD exhumed
Dec 12 - AC dies
Dec - Police learn about AC death

Gilbert, Arizona shooting's connection to Tammy Daybell's death:

Justin Lum Fox 10 Phoenix

I am not sure if they know that was order for sure... or if thats what the reporters are guessing what happened.

But I suppose BB could have told them about LV + CD without knowing that the kids where missing. That would make timeline work.

Sorry if I have broken a rule. I'll get better. I promise.

Excuse my ignorance, but what are funeral potatoes?

I'm going to get in trouble for talking about funeral potatoes like I did for fry sauce. :) Think of a casserole (hot dish, if you're from Minnesota) that doesn't have any meat, but is a combination of shredded potatoes, cheese, I think cream of mushroom (or cream of something) soup, and possibly diced onions (but not sure) and maybe a few other ingredients. It's kind of a staple side dish that are among the things always served at a post funeral get together at the church for family and out of towners at a Mormon funeral.

If you search on Amazon for funeral potatoes you'll find a company makes an instant version of them (ideal for your food storage, preppers) available from there.

Ohhhhh...... so sorry!! Yes! I would think that is unusual too!
I think you're misunderstanding. I realize Bailey is a service dog [so Bailey may be seen as more vital which is why he is on the protective order] I have never seen a dog [household pet] listed on a protective order [only humans]. This is a new one on me.
