That area was the focus of a search last year for Mirissa Serrano, of Lolo, Montana, who was 27 when she was declared missing on Sept. 14, 2017.

Investigators reviewing possible charges against Spokane man for MT woman’s murder

Neep is now serving prison time in Idaho for illegal possession of a weapon. And detectives are reviewing possible murder charges as they continue to investigate information from both Idaho, and here in Montana.

“Mr. Neep is identified as the primary person of interest since he was the last person to see her alive. And all information is leading to him as being a part of her disappearance,” said Bonner County Undersheriff Ror Lakewold.
