I have to agree...he was totally interested in JB...and not in a good way.

Okay - consider me smacked with a wet noodle. :)

I haven't read or seen all his interviews. I remember the ones where he talked about how he loved her and thought she was beautiful and she was his dream, etc. However, I can see Patsy thinking the same things. You are right though, he probably was interested in JonBenet. It's just that that video today might as well have been Patsy sitting there -- the mannerisms, the phrasing, the words he used.

OH, so you missed the part where he said that he wanted to climb inside of JB's casket, and have sex with her corpse, huh??

Yes, I sure did miss that one. Why is he still walking the streets?

Beats me. He should be arrested and put UNDER the jail. THE WEIRDO!!!

CK, that's how I felt when I saw it.

ME TOO...
I would love to get my hands on him and his girlie self. It wouldn't take much to whoop his butt.

Unfortunately, you can SAY things like that. It's not illegal. There was also an interview where he spoke about what it would be to have a little girl like that and - his words here- "just DO her and DO her and DO her". And I think we all know exactly what he meant.

That is just SICK!!!

It IS sick. And pathetically sad. I heard that part of the interview when it was televised. It shows just how disturbed he is.

My case for an IDI has the most to do with the evidence. The ransom note, ligature, paintbrush, cord, and tape aren't part of a facade as you repeatedly claim.

They are the real evidence of how and why JBR was murdered.

JBR was strangled by the garrote, restrained by the second ligature, and bashed in the head, under very criminal circumstances.

The forensic evidence of an intruder are the ranson note handwriting, unidentified dark fibers, and cord and tape that could never be sourced to anything else in the house.

The perp really does not respect our country, really had 2 gentlemen helping, and finds it easier if his victims are fat cats. Anyone who wants to find JBR's real killer would be better off searching for someone who signs their letters 'Victory!' and S.B.T.C.

Holdontoyourhat,

What evidence, all the latter items may have been sourced inside the house, there is nothing there that is uniquely foreign.

Whats is this about a facade I have not used that word, but it may better describe your position, since you are maintaining that the Ramsey's must be innocent since an IDI killed JonBenet, based on absolutely zero forensic evidence!

To further underline your facade, would you care to expand upon this:
JBR was strangled by the garrote, restrained by the second ligature, and bashed in the head, under very criminal circumstances.
After JBR was strangled by the garrote then restrained by the second ligature what happened to the first ligature, where did it go?

Where in the autopsy report is a second ligature itemised, I fully understand your desire to demonstrate that the Ramseys are innocent and that a IDI, but making it up as we go along, seems a little disingenuous?

surely you jest.
it wasn't an international incident,it had nothing to do with disrespecting our country, and the '2 gentlemen' were the ppl JR was trying to set up in the note (besides the person he was trying to make out to be the author),the very ones he was 'advised not to provoke',which of course he wouldn't have called them ...he helped write the note.that's why he threw that line in there.

as in JMK? I needed that laugh He was not in Boulder :snooty:

me too.he couldn't even get the facts straight...why would you say that Holdon? that reeks of desperation.
JMK was more well-traveled than Patsy was...if he'd have written the note,he would have done a better job of it than Patsy...he would know that foreigners don't call themselves foreigners, and that foreigners don't usually have poor spelling..it's the verbs they usually get wrong. So if a foreigner who was not well-versed in English had written it,it would have read more like: we has your daughter' ..not 'we have',and so on and so forth.Patsy didn't dumb down enough.she didn't know how to,in the context of what she was trying to make the note sound like.

Yes she did...

I had to laugh when I read the portion of the interview, where she is shown the RN, and asked if it looked like her style of handwriting. (I thought that this was a stupid question, because of COURSE she is going to say NO....what else did they expect her to say...Patsy: Why..yes, it is INDENTICAL to my style, well, fancy that.) Anyway..she says...that no it doesn't look like her style of writing, because she usually ended her letters with Sincerely, Patsy...or Love, Patsy. I just thought that was quite funny....it was as if she was trying to say..."I would NEVER sign anything like that...Victory, S.B.T.C....because I always use Sincerely or Love". I mean COME ON...I KNOW that the RN was very "motherly" offering advice, and such....but, how believable would it had of been, if it had of said...LOVE, S.B.T.C...? Give us a flippin' break PATSY!! GEEZ....

really! ..duh ! she was pretty desperate to throw that out there and think that ppl would actually believe it ! just how dumb did she think the rest of the world was???

I wonder if the whole thing with JMK is just a facade anyway..just like the whole fiasco was with him.Maybe he wanted to be more like Patsy in the fact that he likes to be on tv and get national (and even international) attention.Just as Patsy had said now ppl all over the world know JB is.Perhaps he's using the memory of JB,just like Patsy did,to get attention.
And the more bizarre JMK appears to be,the more attention it gets him.JAT.

The list of international incidents motivated by disrepect for our country is long and dramatic, don't you think?

The idea that JR was setting people up and co-authored the note is your opinion. And it differs from the ransom note. My opinon is that the 2 gentlemen were henchmen, and their leader wrote the note. Just like the note says. So my opinion is more consistent with the primary evidence left at the crime scene.

Uniquely foreign is the unmatched handwriting, unsourced cord and black tape, unidentified dark fibers, and unsourced male DNA mixed with JBR"s blood. This is a substantial amount of forensic evidence of an intruder.

Sure, the list of international incidents is long, but why would the Ramsey's be a target? All they really were were big fish in a small pond... nothing more than a blip on the international screen. What is your theory about why they were chosen?

I find it strange the DA even bothered to use information gathered by Michael Tracey, a known Ramsey supporter. It is also odd Tracey took four years (if I remember correctly) to gather evidence against Karr. A true police investigation would have had detectives in on the investigation, not some journalism professor out to make a name as an author or movie producer.

Holdon, you keep talking about the "unmatched handwriting." You are refusing to see that some experts did, indeed, state the note was consistent in many respects to Patsy's writing and that she could not be excluded. The main body of people who wanted to exclude Patsy were people on the Ramsey supporter side of the fence and even some of them were somewhat wishy-washy in their conclusion. If you want to continue refusing to understand that the DNA mixed with JonBenet's bloodspot was degraded, well, that causes me to not take seriously what you have to say. Surely you understand what degraded DNA is and why it is of little or no use. If you know of another DNA sample that the rest of us know nothing about, I'll listen. If not, I'm sorry, but I can't take what you say seriously when it isn't based in fact.
